The article is devoted to the problem of upbringing schoolchildren, which is relevant for modern education, which is considered in the context of the thesis formulated by L. S. Vygotsky: the cultural development of the child leads us to the issues of upbringing. The essence of the mutual conditionality of culture and education, which “allows” the learning process to influence the upbringing of schoolchildren, is discussed. Attention is drawn to the fact that the school psychological service as a psychological support of the educational process is an integral education that combines scientific, applied and practical aspects, and that education issues are largely related to its applied aspects.

In modern conditions, the problem of artificial intelligence is interdisciplinary in nature and at the moment the potential for using this technology in various spheres of life has not been studied. The introduction of artificial intelligence methods contributes to the modernization of the education and professional training system, taking into account the paradigm of digitalization and convergence of education, and will bring educational programs to the needs of the digital economy. The article substantiates the significance of the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies. The concepts of digital economy, digital technologies, digital ethics, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technologies are considered. The importance of using artificial intelligence methods in education is determined. The range of tasks for solving the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies is outlined.

This article examines the impact of the digital educational environment on the development of the cognitive functions of schoolchildren. The role of the digital educational environment in the development of cognitive functions of schoolchildren is revealed. The article also describes the potential risks of the digital environment and presents the results of modern scientific research on the impact of the digital environment on the psychological development of the younger generation.

In this article, the authors discuss the relevance of the views of the great scientist and teacher K. D. Ushinsky in our days, since the modern realities of the digitalization of society exacerbate the issue of the cultural essence and the formation of the personality of a young person. It is in the art classes in additional education, according to the authors, that the resources of folk pedagogy according to Ushinsky are applicable. Among the main directions are offered: education of youth in accordance with the national system of values and a personality-oriented approach to classes to achieve the creative development of students. As an example, the content of classes in the vocal studio of a typical institution of secondary vocational education is analyzed.

The article deals with the issues of didactic support used in military universities of various kinds of software systems such as PC “Education-MO”. The presented material gives grounds to assert that its main elements are: digital information and educational environment and digital educational content, which ensure the interaction of educators and students based on the identified didactic patterns and contradictions that arise during the training of students and the formulated principles that impose didactic requirements on the learning process.

The article examines the main features of education as a complex and differentiated process based on the influence of the environment, activity, communication and related to learning, socialization, identification and self-identification of a person by the example of an appeal to the peculiarities of the education system in mythopoetic societies. This article, being a continuation (Part 2) of an earlier study of the main features of the education system of mythopoetic societies, focuses readers’ attention on the folding of the process of identification and self-identification in the educational reality of age groups. It is shown that upbringing, which is largely synonymous with the concept of nurturing, is characteristic of a number of mythopoetic societies and has methodological significance in modern conditions, since it allows us to identify several significant moments for modern concepts of upbringing and education.

The authors of the article note that in recent years there have been major changes in the education system in the republic. One of the current directions of state policy in this area is the development of inclusive education. The state policy in the field of education involves the legal support of the system, personnel, educational and methodological, material and technical and information.

The use of case technology in conducting a comprehensive intermodule examination in the master’s program allows, on the one hand, to check systematically the achievement of educational results in several disciplines of the master’s program through the performance of practical tasks, and on the other hand, to increase the motivation of students for group interaction and independent research work during the examination task. Such effects can be achieved by using a step-by-step algorithm for preparing and conducting a comprehensive exam using practice-oriented cases, which was proved during the study. 54 first-year students of the master’s program of the Moscow City Pedagogical University “Development of personal potential in education: personalization and digitalization” participated in the experiment. A small questionnaire containing closed and open-ended questions was used as a feedback tool. To analyze the results, graphical visualization methods were used and a qualitative analysis of the detailed responses of students was carried out. In the course of the experimental study, the effectiveness of the use of management cases for creating a personality-developing educational environment, taken from the real practice of implementing the program of the Charitable Foundation “Contribution to the Future” for the development of personal potential, was revealed. The results obtained can be widely used not only in the implementation of a specific master’s program, but also in general can enrich the educational practice of pedagogical universities.

It is demonstrated that culture is among other things an environment and an instrument of forming relations among people as well as forming people’s relations to various aspects of the world around us. With pandemic restrictions and widening the use of distant education cultural influence is comparable to the influence of education proper as part of culture. The situation is aggravated by the contradictions which the author tentatively calls those of content and those of technology. Strengthening the humanitarian component of education content at all levels is an important alleviating factor.

The methodological and technological approaches of scientists to building a healthsaving educational environment in higher educational institutions are considered. Particular attention is paid to the constituent methodological components of various models for creating an educational space that is safe for the health of students, factors that can provide a positive result in the process of creating a safe, health-preserving environment in a modern educational organization. Directions for constructing safe health-saving content are proposed — methodological trajectories: theoretical, practical, restorative. Methodological levels have also been formed taking into account the content of the areas of organizing work to preserve health among students: physical education-theoretical, physical education-practical, physical education-methodological, physical education-regulating.

The article presents the sociocultural language environment of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), also it provides legal acts on the language policy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The polylingual education of preschool children in the Republic of Sakha are built on by two models: The model “Tyl uyata — The language nest” provides for the organization of a monolingual educational environment throughout the preschool age. In this case is necessity to involve to a second language from the middle group of the kindergarten with specially organized activity, which contributes to a clear separation of languages. The model “Biir kihi — biir tyl — One person — one language” is characterized by the principle of parallel teaching of two languages to children from early preschool age. The model “Tyl uyatyttan tyllanyy — Teaching a second language based on the native language” — the complete acquisition of one (native) language by a child is used as the foundation for learning a second and third language for the development of successful bilingual education. A monolingual educational environment is organized until the full development of the child’s speech.

The article discusses approaches which formed the basis for constructing a model for the formation of reflexive-prognostic skills, provides a brief description of each chosen approach and its impact on the construction of the model, describes the necessary theoretical and methodological provisions and the legal framework underlying the model. The given model is given a description of its structure, elements, blocks and a brief description of each block is given, indicating its functionality in the operation of the model itself. The article presents those researchers whose works were used in drawing up a model for our study. An attempt is made to present the developed structure of the digital educational environment in which the formation of reflective and predictive skills will take place.

The current stage of digitalization of society and education is directly related to the introduction and widespread use of neural networks in the practice of educational organizations. The tasks solved by neural networks are quite diverse and can significantly increase the efficiency of both the educational process and the management of the educational organization as a whole. One of the possible comprehensive solutions for the digital transformation of a higher education institution could be the formation of an educational digital environment based on the widespread use of neural networks and artificial intelligence. The article presents the complex composition of this environment and its tasks, where individualization and differentiation of learning through the formation of individual educational learning trajectories is considered one of the main ones.

The article considers the trends of effective use of multimedia technologies in the process of perception of educational information by students in the conditions of transformation of mass education. The problems of digitalization are noted, which complicate the process of real and effective development and implementation of multimedia technologies in the modern educational process. The data of sociological research and examples of psychological and pedagogical practice in educational organizations are given.

The article presents the results of an empirical study, as well as the approbation of a model of the educational environment that ensures the development of self-awareness of children of younger preschool age at the stage of formation and development of primary structural units of self-awareness. It is determined that the development of the first links of self-awareness was facilitated by the active formation and development of children’s ability to establish identity. Specific subject-content characteristics of the educational environment, the nature of the child’s adaptation to a preschool institution, and the child’s activity in subject activities have a special impact on the development of prerequisites for self-awareness in children.

The article considers the educational space of the university as a basis for the development of the student’s personality. Methodological approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of “educational space” are presented. The analysis of the terms “educational space” and “educational environment” is carried out. The levels that the educational space includes are considered; the factors on which the effectiveness of the space depends, as well as the principles on which it is necessary to rely when designing the educational space of the university. As an example, the educational space of Kaluga State University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky is considered as a set of educational environments of different orientation (educational, scientific, cultural and creative, information and digital, professional, etc.), focused on various youth activities that form the pedagogical design of a modern university. The degree of satisfaction of students with the conditions created within the framework of a specific university environment was revealed, based on data obtained from a survey of students conducted by the Center for Licensing, Accreditation and Quality of Education of K. E. Tsiolkovsky KSU.

The article presents some directions of domestic and foreign research in the field of the teacher’s ability to address the interaction with the spatial environment as a psychodidactic tool. The substantiation of such a possibility is determined by the presence of a significant number of studies that allow to identify both individual attributes of the spatial environment of the school, and the system of indicators for the organization of educational sites interrelated with the psychological and academic well-being of the subjects of the educational process.

The article examines the possibilities of integrating formal, non-formal and informal education in the context of digitalization. The analysis of the infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) presented in the article shows that a significant part of schools are in conditions of limited resources, both financial and material, and territorial remoteness and logistical inaccessibility often become a barrier to the preservation and development of unique educational traditions. All this taken together speaks of the need to search for new methods, forms, means of teaching and education. All these new methods, forms of means in modern education are associated with the development of the digital educational environment.

The article, from a pedagogical position, reveals the features of the content of individualization of foreign language teaching for cadets of military command universities, including the following areas of teacher activity: organization of classroom and independent work, creation of a pedagogical environment that takes into account the personal characteristics of cadets.
