Author gives to the Founder indefinite non-exclusive right for using the scientific article by posting full text issues of the reviewed scientific publication on the website of the journal, and for distributing (including sending to official distribution of periodic publication to Russian Institute of Bibliography and ITAR-TASS, and distribution by creating an electronic copy of the article and posting it in the integrated scientific resource (https://www.elibrary.ru/) in the Russian zone of the Internet in the Electronic Science Library by including it in the data list.

Date of sending the article for publication is considered the day of giving this right.

Author agrees to the article formatting guidelines for preparing it for publication, approved by the Editorial office and the Founder, published and placed on the official website of the journal.

Author is warned that protection of intellectual property of the Author concerning the article is carried out by the Author. Author is responsible for contents of the article.

Editor's office doesn't charge authors for preparation, distribution and printing of materials

Materials, prepared under financial support of different funds and programs (grants), are published on monetary base:

— in a K1 category journal — 10.000 rubles (article size — up to 30.000 symbols including gaps);

— in a K2 category journal — 8.000 rubles (article size — up to 30.000 symbols including gaps).

If author recalls an article which has already been reviewed, the author is to refund the expenses made on by the editor's office during reviewal process.

If authors recalls an article recommended for publishing, the author is to refund all the expenses, made by the editor's office in the process of preparing the article for publishing (registration, reviewing, correction).
