In modern conditions, the problem of artificial intelligence is interdisciplinary in nature and at the moment the potential for using this technology in various spheres of life has not been studied. The introduction of artificial intelligence methods contributes to the modernization of the education and professional training system, taking into account the paradigm of digitalization and convergence of education, and will bring educational programs to the needs of the digital economy. The article substantiates the significance of the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies. The concepts of digital economy, digital technologies, digital ethics, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technologies are considered. The importance of using artificial intelligence methods in education is determined. The range of tasks for solving the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies is outlined.

In modern pedagogy, as a result of the transition to training according to federal educational standards, active attention is paid to the personal qualities of students, the formation of competencies that will help them adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions. This issue is relevant at the current stage of training the younger generation and contributes to solving the main requirement of the new standards (FGOS) “teach to learn”. This article discusses the possibilities of web quest technologies to increase the cognitive activity of students. The pedagogical conditions for using web quest technologies in English classes are highlighted, the stages of creating web quest technologies are defined.

The article presents the results of a study of cognitive styles “utility/field dependence” and “reflexivity/impulsivity” in older preschoolers. The interrelation of cognitive styles with nonverbal and verbal intelligence in the senior preschool age is described.

The article reveals features of professional identity of modern young customer service managers. The results of an empirical study are presented, which was attended by young customer service managers (N = 52), representatives of other professions who do not work with clients in daily direct interaction (accountants, IT specialists, economists) (N = 52) aged 23–35 years (average age — 29,7 years). Significant differences in professional identity between managers and representatives of other professions have not been identified. Customer service managers found 15 positive and 2 negative correlations between professional identity and personal characteristics. Representatives of professions that are not associated with permanent work with people have identified only 4 significant such relationships. The article is intended for psychologists and customer service managers.

The article discusses features of theatrical activity. The influence of involvement in theatrical activity on the psychological characteristics of students, their emotional intelligence and psychological well-being is investigated. With the help of Pearson’s correlation analysis, the relationship of the parameters of emotional intelligence with the scales of psychological well-being, as well as the relationship of the above parameters with the frequency of theater attendance, were found. Additionally, changes in the emotional states on different stages of the show trial and intragroup relationships dynamics were studied.

It was found how the self-perception of adolescents changes in the process of media activity, and other effects of the development of adolescents in this process were identified, namely the formation of an adolescent community as an imaginary, and on this basis a real community, organization of teamwork based on self-determination, control over specific functions and tasks of team members to create the final media product. By media activity, we mean a special kind of human activity, characterized by the use of specific media tools and the construction of a special media space, which any sphere of reality can become. Any activity addressed to an imaginary community (according to Anderson) can be considered as a mea-activity. For example, the creation of a literary and any other work of art, shooting a video, etc. The addressee is implicit, he is in the imagination, and the author must look at himself from the position of an imaginary addressee.

This article presents for the first time the experience of the survey of the social and communicative sphere of 21 wards of the palliative department of the institution of inpatient social services aged from 2 years 10 months to 23 years with severe motor and intellectual disabilities complicated by sensory deficiencies and chronic somatic diseases. For the diagnosis, the author’s methodology for assessing the social and communicative sphere of children with severe multiple developmental disorders was used.

The possibilities of studying the mechanisms and features of the intellectual socialization of students in the conditions of academic communication are updated. A theoretical model for combining the mechanisms and components of socialization with an emphasis on intellectual ones is proposed. Separate results of an empirical study of the correlation between the processes of intellectual socialization and the dynamics of students’ consciousness in the learning process are presented. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the opinions of modern students of technical specialties and students of humanitarian specialties regarding the introduction of artificial intelligence resources in the educational process, as well as in the study of higher mathematics. The results of an online survey of students are given, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn.

The article talks about the use of artificial intelligence in education. An analysis of research in the field of artificial intelligence at different levels of education is given. The results of a survey of students on the subject of their use of chatbots are given. A possible application of it in the field of preschool education in the study of Russian and other folk tales, as well as their joint composition with children, using artificial intelligence resources that are freely available on the Internet, is revealed.

To solve the problem associated with highlighting the essence of updating modern teaching methods, which determines the readiness of a modern teacher for methodological activities in the development of the educational environment, a paradigmatic approach was chosen. When using this approach to analyze the genesis of teaching methods as a pedagogical phenomenon, paradigms of teaching methods are identified, for which the dominant teaching methods and the main factors influencing their emergence and (or) change in significance are indicated. Generalization of the established factors made it possible to draw a conclusion about the need to include in the operational composition of modern methods of teaching schoolchildren methods of working with information (its change, structuring and evaluation), as well as methods of self- and mutual learning, taking into account professional-conventional attitudes and communication possibilities of subjects of educational interaction in within the framework of cultural traditions and ideological rules.

The current stage of digitalization of society and education is directly related to the introduction and widespread use of neural networks in the practice of educational organizations. The tasks solved by neural networks are quite diverse and can significantly increase the efficiency of both the educational process and the management of the educational organization as a whole. One of the possible comprehensive solutions for the digital transformation of a higher education institution could be the formation of an educational digital environment based on the widespread use of neural networks and artificial intelligence. The article presents the complex composition of this environment and its tasks, where individualization and differentiation of learning through the formation of individual educational learning trajectories is considered one of the main ones.

Solving a problem is usually considered a sequential process, when one thought causes another one. Yet, many mental processes are concurrent. On the basis of modern ideas which suggest thinking may occur in a network consisting of similar but not identical elements functioning concurrently, we assumed concurrent processes also occur in problem solving. To test this theory, a special questionnaire and problem-solving tasks were used. Positive correlations between the results on the questionnaire and performance on the tasks may mean there is concurrent processing of information in problem-solving. Eight significant correlation coefficients were obtained out of ten possible. For the first time, it is shown that concurrent processes occur in problem-solving.

The article shows the relevance of research on the social intelligence of children and adolescents in inclusive education. In an empirical study involving 51 fourth graders from inclusive education classes, 57 from regular classes, 48 ninth graders from inclusive education classes and 53 from regular classes, J. Guilford’s subtests 2 and 3 of the social intelligence test were applied. It is shown that students of inclusive classes have lower indicators of the verbally mediated factor of social intelligence, responsible for a subtle analysis of the context of the social situation. The directions of further research on this problem are discussed.

Today, artificial intelligence has taken a leading place in the training of specialists. Military education for the rapid and high-quality training of its personnel not only uses the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies in practice, but also activates them in the educational process.

The article discusses the possibilities and functions of laughter in overcoming such challenges of modern times as uncertainty, transitivity, complexity. The analysis of psychological, philosophical, and cultural concepts of the nature of the laughter is carried out. Examples of the image of the ambivalent nature of laughter in literature, drama and fine arts are considered.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most innovative tools that opens up additional opportunities in the field of digitalization of military education. Penetrating into all areas of educational activities of a military university, AI is able to increase the efficiency of many management decisions, complementing the limited capabilities of people. The article reflects the main results of the author’s research on the problem of integrating AI technologies into the educational environment of a military university in the context of digitalization. In particular, the results of the analysis are presented regarding key aspects of the use of AI technologies in an educational organization. The main functions that can be improved using AI technologies have been identified. The problems arising in the process of introducing digital technologies are identified.

The article presents an analytical review of modern domestic and foreign studies on the problem of interaction between intellectually gifted children and their teachers in the school education context. The negative impact of stereotyping teachers’ ideas about the emotional-personal and social characteristics of gifted children is shown not only on the identification and realization of their potential, but on the development of personality. The key role of the teacher’s personal and professional development in organizing and regulating the interaction of participants in the educational process in the classroom is substantiated on the basis of scientific knowledge and concepts.

The article deals with the problems of the formation of abilities, a constructive approach to their understanding and consideration of the structural content is proposed. As the initial elementary unit of the psychological content of cognitive capabilities, it is proposed to consider intellectual operations, and cognitive strategies as operational mechanisms. The author’s classification of cognitive acts is given. Specific ways of developing cognitive strategies within the framework of the author’s educational technology “Purposeful development of cognitive strategies” are considered. This approach is a matching of the cognitive and activity concepts of considering psychological phenomena.
