In modern conditions, the problem of artificial intelligence is interdisciplinary in nature and at the moment the potential for using this technology in various spheres of life has not been studied. The introduction of artificial intelligence methods contributes to the modernization of the education and professional training system, taking into account the paradigm of digitalization and convergence of education, and will bring educational programs to the needs of the digital economy. The article substantiates the significance of the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies. The concepts of digital economy, digital technologies, digital ethics, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technologies are considered. The importance of using artificial intelligence methods in education is determined. The article deals with topical issues of training specialists in the field of cyberpsychology. The article analyzes the history and current state of the designated problem in various countries. There is an expansion of the requirements for the teaching staff leading the training of this category of specialists, determined by the relationship of cyber-psychology with various branches of scientific knowledge. Attention is focused on the insufficient number of textbooks and teaching aids, as well as the speed of “aging” of the information presented in them. The expediency of highlighting the psychological features of cyber-socialization of personality as a promising direction of research in the field under consideration is indicated.

The article examines the historical and pedagogical prerequisites of education and the development of the methodological activities of teachers of higher education in general, and higher military school in particular. The paper highlights the most significant stages of the formation of the scientific category under study, both as an important component of the pedagogical system and as an independent pedagogical process aimed at improving the pedagogical skills and professionalism of the teaching staff.

The article provides a historical analysis of the formation of the Armenian army, with the formation of Armenians as a people. The activities of well-known historical political and military figures, spiritual mentors in patriotic education, morale-combat training and the formation of troops are presented. The philosophical and ideological principles developed simultaneously with the development of military art, which were set out in the “Regulations of the code of honor of the Armenian military of the 4th-5th centuries”, are revealed.

The article presents an analysis of the historical periods of the introduction of initial military training in Russia. The modern legislative framework that regulates the preparation of citizens for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is analyzed. Attention is focused on the current stage of the introduction of initial military training in educational institutions of the country, where it is noted that from September 1, 2023, the integration of the initial military training program into the educational process of Russian youth is planned, but at the same time trends of a supposedly formal approach to this initiative are revealed.

The article discusses the possibilities of using storytelling technology in the Russianlanguage training of foreign military personnel in the classroom in Russian as a foreign language. The essence of this technology, its tasks are revealed, the classification of types of storytelling, indicators of its successful application are given. Various types of application of storytelling in teaching Russian as a foreign language are presented.

On the basis of the comprehensive analysis carried out by the authors, a scientific substantiation of the requirements for effective means of objective and accurate independent assessment of the quality of training of university students is proposed, including in relation to the most methodically difficult educational outcomes for such an assessment — universal and general professional competencies of students. A structured list of the main of these requirements is given, including requirements for evaluation criteria and requirements for evaluation methods and systems (technologies). An organizational mechanism is proposed to ensure the guarantees of professionally competent conduct of this assessment — the creation and operation of a voluntary association of organizations conducting this assessment in full compliance with the regulatory requirements for its organization and for effective means of conducting it.

The article discusses the statement about the dominance of the motivational-value component over others in the development of the readiness of cadets of training military units for professional self-education. The study involved 123 cadets of the training battalion studying under the training program for military personnel, accepted for military service under a contract in military units for the protection of important state facilities, special cargo, facilities on communications. A comparative analysis of the hostel and educational motivation of cadets of the training battalion was carried out. The leading motives are revealed, and their comparative analysis is carried out at different stages of cadets’ professional training. Scientific novelty lies in the study of the influence of the motivational-value component on the readiness of cadets for self-education within the framework of the training program. As a result of the study, the need for purposeful creation of conditions for the development of the motivational-value component of readiness for self-education among cadets in training military units was revealed.

Attention is drawn to the national and cultural characteristics of foreign students, methodological recommendations are given to teachers.
