On the basis of the informatics-cybernetic approach proposed by the author, the main historical stages of systemic global evolution are presented, including the formation of increasingly complex social-economic formations (SEF) from the primitive communal system to modern digital ones, and marked by basic information technologies. It is noted that from the standpoint of this approach, the main problem in the development of educational structures is the need to modify all previously historically emerged such structures in order to harmonize them with each other and ensure compliance with the newly emerging requirements of the new SEF.

Global changes are taking place in society, which have both negative and positive effects on education. At the same time, contradictions in the education system lead to problematic situations.

The article presents the results of an all-Russian study of civic-patriotic values in a modern school. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of patriotic and civic values have been analyzed. In order to find the factors that determine this situation, an analysis of the patriotic values of schoolchildren was carried out, including the following sections: objects of identification; image of the Motherland; life goals and patriotic values; life position and socially significant activity; preferences and plans.

The article presents an analysis of the patriotic education of youth in the Arctic region of the Kola Arctic on the example of the training of children and adolescents in the state regional educational and methodological Center for military-patriotic education of youth “Avangard” and in the commercial Center for civil-patriotic education “To live in the North”. Both Centers were opened on the initiative of the Governor of the Murmansk region to implement the idea of patriotic education, cohesion of the population, preservation of historical memory and ensuring the sovereignty and security of citizens of the Russian state. The negative and positive aspects of the work of the Centers have been identified, shortcomings and ways to eliminate them have been identified.

The presented article is undoubtedly relevant and timely. This relevance is due to geopolitical global events and serious problems in domestic education associated with a low quality level of civic and patriotic education of Russian schoolchildren. The article analyzes the basic concepts of the problem field being studied, and also substantiates the main directions of ensuring civil and patriotic education of students of general education organizations.

The article describes and analyzes the most important stages of the pedagogical and scientific activity of the academician and vice-president of the Russian Academy of Education, chairman of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission on psychology and pedagogy, David Iosifovich Feldshtein (1929–2015). The emphasis is on his pedagogical and organizational skills, as well as his studies of developmental psychology, considered in a cultural and historical context.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с генезисом склонности к девиантному поведению студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ). Девиантное поведение рассматривается как феномен, имеющий сложную природу и обусловленный разнообразными дизонтогенетическими факторами. Деформированная социальная ситуация развития студента с ОВЗ определяет возникновение склонности к девиантным формам поведения. Раскрываются основные задачи профилактики асоциальной направленности личности студентов с ОВЗ в зависимости от нарушения конкретного компонента личности.

The article attempts to clarify the role of fairy tales in the development of ethnic and cultural identity not only at the stage of childhood, but also at the subsequent stages of personality development. In childhood, fairy tales create an optimistic basis for such an identity, and in more adult periods, fairy-tale and fantasy plots give a person the opportunity to strengthen his optimism and confidence in himself and in his people, against the backdrop of an increasingly complex life. A model of imaginary plots is proposed, based on the readiness or unwillingness of a person to understand and accept a fairy tale in order to identify with its hero, as well as on taking into account how far the fairy tale is detached from reality or close to it, so that identification with the hero is more or less embodied in life.

Special creative abilities of a child which are the result of continuous work of parents, educators and teachers are considered. The formation of mental functions and mental operations give preschoolers the opportunity for successful studying at school.

The article presents the results of a study of the features of professional burnout of teachers involved in the educational and educational process of children and adolescents with disabilities undergoing rehabilitation. According to the results of the diagnosis of professional burnout among teachers working with children with disabilities of different ages, an increased risk of the formation of professional burnout was established and harbingers of inadequate selective emotional response and reduction of professional responsibilities were noted.

The article presents the main results of the long-term scientific activity of a known scholar and figure of pedagogical education N. A. Astashova on the study of the phenomenon of dialogic pedagogy. This issue is a part of a wider range of her research interests related to the problem of personality development of a future teacher and value orientations in the educational system. N. A. Astashova is credited with the scientific substantiation of the concept of pedagogical axiology, the development of a typology of values that can be used as an axiological modeling tool. The characteristic features of the axiosphere of a modern teacher, the analysis of cognitive, emotional and behavioral subsystems of personal value orientations of a teacher deserve attention. She also highlighted the conceptual ideas of the formation of the dialogic space of education, identified methodological tools for the study of dialogic pedagogy.

The article provides a justification for the need for phased design of the electronic educational environment of a military university at three qualitative stages corresponding to the qualitative stages of the cadet’s training: reproductive, productive, postproductive. The identified didactic conditions for the effectiveness of designing electronic educational resources in a higher military school are disclosed.

The article deals with the issues of didactic support used in military universities of various kinds of software systems such as PC “Education-MO”. The presented material gives grounds to assert that its main elements are: digital information and educational environment and digital educational content, which ensure the interaction of educators and students based on the identified didactic patterns and contradictions that arise during the training of students and the formulated principles that impose didactic requirements on the learning process.

The article is a generalization of the empirical study of the dynamics of professional readiness of students of psychological specialties. The article naturally talks about the features and components of professional readiness, about the stages of educational activity of students of the last year of study. Based on the identified components (motivational, communicative, volitional, value-semantic, evaluative-reflexive), psychological testing of students was carried out at the beginning and at the end of the last year of study, the results of which showed a certain dynamic in the field under study. The reasoning about the dynamics that took place was confirmed by mathematical and statistical analysis.

В статье анализируется динамика психологических механизмов чтения в истории человечества. Прослеживается переход от спонтанного восприятия символа к рациональному усвоению информации, подражанию и интериоризации авторской речи, трансляции смыслов, их трансформации в сотворческом чтении. Обосновывается понимание чтения как высшей психической функции по Выготскому, которая регулирует смысловое понимание текстов различными способами. Отмечается, что опосредующим функцию смыслового понимания знаком является авторский замысел.

The article examines the main features of education as a complex and differentiated process based on the influence of the environment, activity, communication and related to learning, socialization, identification and self-identification of a person by the example of an appeal to the peculiarities of the education system in mythopoetic societies. This article, being a continuation (Part 2) of an earlier study of the main features of the education system of mythopoetic societies, focuses readers’ attention on the folding of the process of identification and self-identification in the educational reality of age groups. It is shown that upbringing, which is largely synonymous with the concept of nurturing, is characteristic of a number of mythopoetic societies and has methodological significance in modern conditions, since it allows us to identify several significant moments for modern concepts of upbringing and education.
