The article presents the results of a study to determine the conditions for the effective involvement of older adolescents and young people in search activities as a means of their social hardening. The implementation of the program for the inclusion of minors in this socially significant activity expands the range of formed readiness to solve life tasks, problems, expands the educational potential of the extracurricular process and acts as a means capable of objectively contributing to reducing risks in the youth environment.

The article provides a justification for the need for phased design of the electronic educational environment of a military university at three qualitative stages corresponding to the qualitative stages of the cadet’s training: reproductive, productive, postproductive. The identified didactic conditions for the effectiveness of designing electronic educational resources in a higher military school are disclosed.

The relevance of the presented article is determined by the fact that teachers are a professional and social group that is in direct interaction with the new generation, which will build our common future; the effectiveness of the educational process, the values and value orientations of students, their lifestyle depends on the professionally motivated teachers. The authors of the article believe that one of the tools capable of solving such a problem is the implementation in educational organizations of the model of reverse mentoring, as one of the modern and relevant. Compliance with a number of organizational conditions, which are described in this article, will make this process the most technologically advanced.

The purpose of this article is to identify the main stages in the development of foreign language education at universities in Egypt. The author of the work presents the periodization of the history of the formation of teaching foreign languages in the Arab state under consideration. The developed periodization is based on the principle of correlation of socio-cultural conditions with the determinants of the development of foreign language education. Thus, it is established that the interest of Egypt in the study of certain languages by citizens of the country is often determined by socio-cultural, economic, political factors that have an external impact on the strategy for the development of foreign language education in higher educational institutions of the designated state.

The paper describes in detail the essence of the psychological safety of the educational environment, its structure, sources, features, as well as the conditions for creating a psychologically safe educational environment.

The article presents the results of a study on the peculiarities of the formation of a responsible attitude among young students to the handling of weapons, highlights the general theoretical foundations that determine the formative model. The proposed version of the programs included in extracurricular activities allows you to expand the possibilities of the educational potential of this component. The organization of a rich moral and legal practice acts as a means capable of helping to reduce social risks among students.

The article deals with the issues of interaction between the teacher and students, reflecting their general image in the process of formation of the last passionary qualities. At the same time, the author proposes the organization and conduct of training sessions in the specialty only by the teacher who is necessarily a carrier of passionate energy. In order to actualize the problem of training specialists whose activities are associated with a risk to health, and physically hard work is often performed in adverse environmental conditions, it is proposed to consider the solution of the pedagogical problem on the example of the organization of the educational environment in the preparation of cynologists-figuranty in cynological units of the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation.

In this article, the authors analyzed the theoretical and practical approaches to the forms and methods of organizing students’ research activities. The article updates the significance of various modern technologies in foreign language teaching in comprehensive school. The main accent is laid on primary stage including special education The author presented the results of the survey among students of Moscow City University after taking the course “Modern technologies of foreign language education”. On the basis of the data obtained, recommendations were proposed to improve the efficiency of professional training of future foreign language teachers.

The relevance of the study is aimed at studying issues related to the formation of the readiness of a future vocational education teacher to develop tools for conducting a demonstration exam based on a cluster model of technological sovereignty of the open source software base. The purpose of the article is related to the stage-by-stage implementation of organizational and technological tools into the open source software system according to the developed methodology. The methodology and research methods are based on theoretical and applied issues of vocational pedagogical education, methodological developments and experience of domestic and foreign scientists. Also, the methodological basis of the study is aimed at analyzing experimental research work in the field of preparing students of a vocational pedagogical university for methodological activities, including the development of organizational and technological tools for conducting a demonstration exam, the basis of which is system, activity, system-activity, competence, cluster approaches. Based on the presented approaches, requirements were formulated to clarify the didactic conditions for the phased introduction of organizational and technological tools into the open source system.

The formation of the civil identity of migrants is considered in the context of their integration and as a set of stable formed personal characteristics of a person who is aware of belonging to the community of citizens of the host state. Based on a survey of migrant workers from the CIS countries, it was revealed that the social risk group is represented by migrants who are in a difficult life situation, who have a significant social and cultural distance from the host society due to their ethnicity, low educational resource and level of linguistic adaptation. It is proved that with the integration model of adaptation develops migrants’ interest in the culture of the host society, creates conditions for constructive intercultural interactions, reduces the risks of social isolation in the host society. It is proved that the formation of the civil identity of migrants is important not only for the development of inter-ethnic relations in Russian society, but also for neutralizing the risks of negative migration processes.

The article considers the criteria and indicators of formation and development of militaryprofessional orientation, pupils of cadet schools of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The psychological and pedagogical conditions affecting the effectiveness of the militaryprofessional orientation of cadets have been studied.
