“Moral experimentation” is presented in the article as a gradual preparation of high school students and students for possible moral selections and actions through the modeling of complex ethical situations in activating methods. Such modeling, in contrast to real ethical difficulties, allows, on the one hand, to detachedly see a difficult situation and one’s behavior in it, and on the other hand, helps to better and deeper feel those internal and external “barriers” that often prevent a person from behaving more decently. Psychological and pedagogical conditions are considered, when game and discussion procedures are more suitable for modeling moral choices, and when these procedures should be abandoned.

The article analyzes the results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at increasing the level of formation of a scientific worldview among foreign cadets. During its implementation, experimental and control groups of cadets were created, similar in their qualitative characteristics. To determine the initial level of formation of a scientific worldview, the evaluation methods “Scientific concept of the world” and “David Wexler Intelligence Test” were used. The research results were analyzed using methods of mathematical statistics, in particular, the Mann—Whitney U-test, which allows us to assess the degree of difference in the results of testing of individual groups. Then a methodology was proposed for the experimental group — a special course “Formation of a scientific method of cognition among foreign servicemen in military universities of the Russian Federation”, and in the control group — a traditional methodology. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, the collection and comparative analysis of data in both groups of foreign cadets was repeated. The study showed that after the behavior of the experiment, the test results of the experimental and control groups have significant differences, which indicates that there is a positive effect of the method under study.

When conducting a pedagogical experiment on the formation of a scientific worldview among foreign cadets studying at military universities in Russia, there was an urgent need to conduct control measures at one of its intermediate stages in order to establish the effectiveness of the methodology used. The formative methodology is a special course that is designed to help the faculty and command staff of a military university adapt a foreign serviceman faster and better to the realities of life in a foreign country for them. To assess the dynamics of the formation of the foundations of the scientific worldview of foreign servicemen, control and measuring materials (CMM) were used, and the method of expert assessments was used to solve the issues of forecasting and assessing the quality of this methodology. This article is devoted to these issues.

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of universal learning actions of students of secondary vocational education (SVE). Against the background of the introduction of new means of assessing the educational results of students of secondary vocational education, there remains a need for the study of universal learning actions in conditions when, according to international monitoring of the quality of education, the indicators of Russian adolescents have slightly decreased, experimental studies of the formation of universal learning actions in secondary vocational students are becoming especially relevant. The specificity of the pedagogical approach to the study of the universal learning actions of SVE students is shown, the theoretical and practical significance of such studies is substantiated.

The use of social stereotypes is a necessity of social interactions and one of the features of interpersonal relationships. As a result, they free a person from making individual decisions in typical situations. The aim of the study was to study the phenomenon of social stereotypy, which grows out of collective ideas and is based on them, to identify the features of social stereotypes of adults, and to detect factors that determine the degree of stereotyping of their thinking. In the format of a pilot study, a written survey and experimental work were conducted, in which 34 people took part. The average age of the respondents was 36,7 years. It is established that collective judgments about other people produce a social stereotype of a projective type; the features of social stereotypes tend to traditionalism and conventionalism; in the study of social stereotypes, the cognitive and value-emotional level of collective representations is important.

The article presents the results of empirical testing of hypotheses about the various effects of Internet use on adult thinking process. The method of “Essential Signs” by Susanna Rubinstein was used as a tool for determining the state of thinking. Short-term effects were assessed in an intraindividual quasi-experiment, which revealed a significant growth of errors in reasoning under conditions of online search compared to the condition of print reading among the statistical majority (p < 0,01). Long-term effects were studied through a combination of cross-sections and ex post facto research. It was found that the logic of reasoning in adults who have abandoned print reading in favor of Internet practices is significantly worse than in adult readers (p < 0,01) and young people (p < 0,05) due to the emergence of sensoryspecific connections.

The article discusses the results of an experimental study of improving the quality of Russian-language training of foreign military personnel based on developing technologies.

The success of advertising impact and commercial communication is determined by knowledge about the social-psychological characteristics of a potential buyer, as well as the characteristics of the determinants of consumer behavior, the specifics of the images created by advertising. The most difficult aspect is advertising perfumes. This is primarily due to the specifics of human perception of smells, as well as the complex cross-modality of images created by smells. An important aspect of the choice of perfume is not only personal preference in the world of smells, but also an important aspect of social communication, since smells are a certain “marker” of social status. In addition, perfumery is also a cross-gender product, as it is one of the most popular types of gifts. The study involved 50 people, 25 men and 25 women, potential consumers of advertised perfumes, whose advertising acted as a stimulus material.

The article describes a pedagogical experiment and research for formatting the cadets' information and computer competence under the military university's information educational environment. The hypothesis of positive influence of the cadets' information and computer competence level on the level of their success in solving educational and professional tasks by means of information technology is investigated. The methodology, purpose, objectives and hypothesis of the research are described. The validity of the selection of experimental and control groups, compliance with the equalized experimental conditions are considered and statistically proved. Using data analysis, statistical tests and criteria, the main hypothesis of the pedagogical experiment is substantiated and proved.

The article examines the psychological features of the development of creative thinking among primary school teachers in the process of studying psychology based on modern integrated methods, as well as mastering effective psychological mechanisms for the development of creative thinking among future primary school teachers through the implementation of scientific and experimental projects.

This article examines the effectiveness of the developed target pedagogical program for the military-patriotic education of Suvorov residents of the Moscow Suvorov Military School, which in turn is confirmed by the results of the pedagogical experiment. The analysis of the results shows a stable and progressive increase in the level of formation of military-patriotic qualities in the control and experimental groups, however, the estimated indicators in the experimental groups are much higher. This circumstance allows us to assert the greatest effectiveness of the application of the Target pedagogical program in comparison with the existing plan of educational work of the Moscow Suvorov Military School.

The article publishes the results of an experimental study aimed at improving the efficiency of the process of upbringing of social activism of students of modern universities, using the example of FSBEI HE “Kaluga State University named after K. E. Tsiolkovski” (KSU), Kaluga Branch of the Russian State Agrarian University — Moscow Agricultural Academy K. A. Timiryazev, Kaluga branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

The present paper gives a brief overview of the cognitive load theory and presents the results of the empirical research with experimental design: the control group received instruction in a “traditional” sequence, the experimental group received problem-solving first instruction. The results of the study confirm the hypothesis that introducing worked examples is beneficial for the efficiency of instruction and provide guidelines of worked examples implementation in teaching different domains.

The article presents contribution to historical and pedagogical science of one of the Russian historians of education, a bright scientist, professor, Dr. Sci. (Pedagogics) A. A. Romanov, who researches problems of experimental pedagogy in Russia of the first third of XX century; the use of topic and personality approach in historical and pedagogical works, conceptual comprehension of traditions and innovations in history of pedagogy. A. A. Romanov played a distinct role in creation and development of the “Psychologic-pedagogic search” journal, being its editor-in-chief in 2004–2019. The materials of the journal have always attracted interest and the journal itself is the most important factor of unification of modern Russian historic and pedagogical society. Understanding the unique nature of personal creative work, possibility of discovering the prospects of usage of the system of ideas of scientists of different times and nationalities for the development of education and pedagogy has lead A. A. Romanov to creation of a gallery of pedagogical portraits; use of materials of Russian and foreign history of pedagogy, which can present not only the past and the present, but also the future.

The article describes a model of individualization of foreign language teaching of cadets, the implementation of which is carried out in the natural conditions of the educational process of a military university in order to increase the level of foreign language training of each cadet, taking into account his abilities, basic training and requirements for the content of foreign language communicative competence in the specialty.
