The article discusses the question of whether in European history it was possible to instill a love for the family tree, and the author understands both of these phenomena in a general way, stipulating the problematic nature of such an approach. Analyzing the formation of love in archaic culture, the concept of platonic love, the medieval concept of courtly love and the new European concepts of romantic love, the author comes to the conclusion that love could not be organically united with the family. He discusses the reasons for this, which have much to do with the discrepancy between the European individual and the family as a social institution. Accordingly, arguments from both psychology and sociology are used. In conclusion, the author’s “concept of creative love” is outlined.

The article presents an analysis of domestic research on the problem of professional mobility of the individual. Acceleration of scientific and technological progress, introduction of innovative technologies leads to the process of obsolescence of professional knowledge and skills of personnel. In conditions of high economic activity, high technology, professional mobility is important in the qualification structure of a modern specialist. The article deals with the theoretical aspects of approaches to understanding the phenomenon of professional mobility and its essential characteristics. Considerable attention is paid to research aimed at studying the psychological prerequisites for the development of professional mobility. Prospects for further study of this phenomenon are outlined.

The article analyzes the problem of professional orientation and motivation of psychology students in the context of the sophomore slump. The approaches to understanding the essence of the sophomore slump in foreign and domestic literature are revealed, its connection with professional and pedagogical motivation is substantiated. The results of an empirical study of the level of professional orientation and motivation of second-year psychology students are presented. Some sophomores experience difficulties related to the lack of personal meaning in their professional education and lack of readiness for professional activity. The prevention of a sophomore slump can be carried out in the form of psychological and pedagogical support for students, special educational disciplines and the organization of classes that contribute to the assimilation of the role of a professional.

The article analyzes the influence of national character on the socio-psychological adaptation of migrants in the new host society. The analysis of interaction is examined on the example of Russian-speaking migrants in Germany. In this connection, the author presents in detail the main factors influencing the formation of the German and Russian national character in the context of their historical interaction, as well as the characteristics of the current stage of relations. The article provides an analysis of the relevance and practical significance of the phenomenon of national character and its role in the adaptation of migrants to new living conditions with a view to their further successful self-actualization and the preservation of the mental well-being of interacting ethnic groups, both the arriving migrants and the receiving society, as well as the development of specific practical tools to address critical issues of international community interaction in matters of economic, migration and social policy.

The article analyzes the situation that requires the development and implementation of a new civilizational education project. It is stated that the traditional paradigm and the project of education have exhausted themselves. New trends and requirements for education are considered: a variety of educational practices, school competition with other institutions providing educational services, a new understanding of a person, features of modern sociality, new educational needs. The author argues that the civilizational project of education should be developed within the framework of social and permanent design, the characteristics of which he discusses at the end of the article.

In the modern world, social networks play a key role in the formation of a personal brand and professional self-presentation. However, there is a shortage of research on features in self-presentation behavior that could contribute to professional growth and professional self-realization in older women. The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of selfpresentation in social networks of women of three generations: X, Y and Z. The study was conducted on the basis of a survey of 108 women. An analysis of their online activity showed that the most competent, from the point of view of experience, group of the able-bodied population, belonging to the generation of women X, uses the available resource least of all to promote professional and public self-presentation on the social network.

This article presents the results of experimental research on the study of the interconnection between the indicators of socio-psychological adaptation and the level of professional self-actualization of Russian-speaking migrants using Germany as an example. The article substantiates the relevance and necessity of creating comprehensive measures of psychological support for migrants in the process of their professional self-realization. In particular, we present the results of theoretical analysis of contemporary scientific literature on these problems as well as analysis of the results of psychological support of professional self-realisation of migrants based on the author‘s model, which includes methods of cognitive behavioural therapy, projective techniques and coaching technologies.

The paper analyzes the results of sociological study of opinions, preferences and attitudes of students, applicants, their parents and teachers based on the results of focus group interviews on the role of universities in Moscow and the Moscow region as an educational platform for discovering the abilities and fostering personal potential of young people aged 14–35. Regional and territorial differences were recorded during the survey that also helped to identify and reveal future professional expectations of students, their personal preferences and their image of an interesting student’s life.

The article analyzes the approaches of domestic scientists to determining the content of the formation of the military-professional orientation of students, reveals the essence, structure of the military-professional orientation of the personality of Suvorov, the features of project activities that activate the formation of the military-professional orientation of the personality of the pupils of Suvorov schools, as well as the stages of the formation of the military-professional orientation the personalities of the Suvorovs.

The article examines the theoretical aspects related to understanding the psychosocial characteristics of an elderly person, highlights the main stages of psychological aging, as well as the characterological changes that older people undergo in the process of transition to a new stage of life with retirement. Using the example of activities in the medical school of the city of Bratsk, it was found that the aging process for each person proceeds individually and significantly depends on what kind of lifestyle everyone leads after the end of active work, what preferences and value orientations he formed in the course of life. It was found that the self-realization of elderly people in retirement is associated with various types of old age, and for their successful adaptation in retirement it is necessary to organize activities aimed at maintaining their physical, mental, social and creative activity within the framework of the functioning of the Higher national School.
