The article discusses the possibility of using the developments of the Moscow Methodological Circle (MMC) to improve education. The authors highlight such an aspect of the traditions of methodological communication that have developed in MMC as a specific practice of posing, clarifying and using questions. The first part of the article presents the results of an analysis of the practice of working with questions both at MMC seminars and at organizational activity games (OAGs). The authors discuss the role of questions in maintaining the integrity of methodological reasoning, highlight the types of questions in seminars, and describe a number of established techniques for working with questions. The authors consider the practice of working with questions at OAGs as a further development and technologization of the practice of working with questions at seminars. The role of positions (positional schemes) and the orthogonal organization of the discussion space in the formulation and use of questions is discussed. The second part of the article presents a number of interactive questioning techniques based on the developments of the MMC and the results of their use. Based on this experience, the authors conclude that the practices of working with questions that have developed in the Moscow Methodological Circle have great educational potential; Based on this experience, it is possible to develop methodological techniques, techniques and forms of educational situations that can be used in mass education both at university and at school.

The article is devoted to a description of the concepts and content of educational practice in the process of training master’s students in the master’s program “Organization and Administration in Education”. The organization of practice is based on a didactic triad, which includes the following grounds: internal development and management of an educational organization, external development and management of an educational organization and selfdevelopment of the head of an educational organization. The work also provides examples of assignments for educational practice, aimed at developing professional competencies of the main educational program and correlating with the academic disciplines studied in the 1st year.

This article discusses aspects of psychological correction of psychosomatic manifestations from the cardiovascular system in patients of different ages by using Tai chi — qigong exercises. The data of an experimental study of patients suffering from these disorders on the basis of their psychological correction by these methods are reflected. As a result, the positive effect of Tai chi — qigong exercises on the psychological sphere of patients was determined, improving the physical and psycho-emotional state of patients, normalizing the emotional background and reducing the physical manifestations of psychosomatic conditions of the cardiovascular system.

The relevance of the article lies in the study of understanding of mentoring, from the point of theory and practice of application by managers and menti-teachers in the education system of the Russian Federation. In our previous studies, we considered the coefficients of development of the personality of a teacher, such as: intellectual development, emotional development, spirituality — affecting the formation of managerial and performing qualities of a personality. We also gave examples of domestic and Western approaches to the development of scientific foundations of mentoring, studied the spatial environment: the period of development during thePandemic, means of digital learning and interaction with the teaching staff, as well as the transition from digital environment to familiar, academic format. To date, the topic of applying mentoring in practice, understanding it in theory, as well as studying aspects suitable for domestic education has turned out to be relevant. The purpose of this study is to analyze the respondents’ answers on the use of mentoring in the practice of a preschool educational organization.
