The vital use of modern high-tech methods of treating brain tumors in children, such as surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, has led to a significant increase in the life of young patients. However, the localization of the tumor process, as well as the high toxicity of the treatment methods used, leads to a high percentage of various speech and cognitive disorders that can persist for a long period of time. The article considers the aspect of speech therapy in the conditions of the pediatric oncological treatment and rehabilitation scientific center. Correctional and developmental work is a necessary part of the third stage of medical rehabilitation in children with a neuro-oncological profile.

The methodological and technological approaches of scientists to building a healthsaving educational environment in higher educational institutions are considered. Particular attention is paid to the constituent methodological components of various models for creating an educational space that is safe for the health of students, factors that can provide a positive result in the process of creating a safe, health-preserving environment in a modern educational organization. Directions for constructing safe health-saving content are proposed — methodological trajectories: theoretical, practical, restorative. Methodological levels have also been formed taking into account the content of the areas of organizing work to preserve health among students: physical education-theoretical, physical education-practical, physical education-methodological, physical education-regulating.

Speech disorders in children with cancer are currently poorly understood. There are few scientific studies on this topic. This determined the relevance of our research. The article touches upon the features of speech therapy techniques in a pediatric oncological institution.

The analysis of domestic scientific papers posted on the platform eLIBRARY.RU from 2020 to 2024 is presented as well as foreign scientific publications of the postSoviet space. The formation of the experience of safe behavior of students in the process of learning, upbringing, and development is considered by the authors as a key condition for ensuring pedagogical safety in higher education organizations. The author’s definition of pedagogical safety as a complex system of an organized favorable environment for quality education and development, preservation and strengthening of physical, psychological and social health of subjects of educational relations is given.

Based on the theoretical analysis of the problem of health-saving competence, the article describes in detail the model of the formation of health-saving competence of high school students in the process of design and research activities. The blocks of the model are characterized: target, methodological, informative, formative, diagnostic, effective.

The article reveals methodological guidelines for preventing the failure of primary school students. The author focuses on the importance of taking into account general pedagogical, psychophysiological and social reasons. The paper identifies the problems of the educational process in primary school, substantiates the conclusion about the need to include health-saving technologies in the educational process of primary school, reducing the number of students in primary classes. The article reveals the essence of methodological tools that allow taking into account the peculiarities of bilingual students and providing their educational needs (using the example of AdygheRussian bilingualism).

The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of the problem of psychological prevention of destructive communication among young people in conditions of social transitivity. It is shown that young people are the most vulnerable to the influence of challenges to transitivity as a social group. Identification of the mechanisms of transformation of youth communications and markers of their destructiveness will present the situation of the current moment and will allow us to determine the points of application of psychological technologies in the prevention of this destructiveness. An analysis of the concepts of destructive communication and its prevention in the field of language disciplines and deviantology was carried out. A theoretical model for the prevention of destructive communication among young people is proposed, taking into account the negative and positive effects of the influence of social transitivity.

Well-being is one of the criteria for the psychological health of an athlete’s personality. Therefore, in this study, the degree of manifestation of the components of the psychological well-being of athletes in different periods of sports activity was studied. For this purpose, the scale of K. Riff’s psychological well-being was used (in the adaptation of T. D. Shevelenkova and T. P. Fesenko). The maximum total indicators of psychological well-being were revealed in the inter-competitive period. Personal growth has the highest level of manifestation.

The problems of educating young people and ensuring their health and safety, including the fight against drug addiction, are discussed. By means of reflexive-activity psychology of personal development and moral education, the age-psychological characteristics of drug addicts are studied: their need-semantic sphere, experiences, motivation of behavior, goal-setting, relationships with family and social environment. With this in mind, the types of reflexive psycho-therapeutic programs for psychocorrection of personal development are designed. The educational experience of prevention and rehabilitation aimed at reflexive and pedagogical provision of psychological safety and spiritual and moral health of young people is summarized.

The purpose of the work is to study the place and features of the relationship of autoaggression with various types of aggressiveness of a teenager. The study involved 346 adolescents (age = 11–16). The “Aggressiveness Test” technique was used (L. G. Pochebut’s questionnaire). It was revealed that autoaggression is a significant specific feature of adolescent aggressiveness, which retains its severity throughout adolescence. The features of the severity of the results of 5 scales of aggressiveness at different stages of adolescence were found. The structure and ranking of the types of aggressiveness of a teenager are revealed, which make it possible to establish the features of their transformation in the process of growing up of students. Correlations and differences between types of aggressiveness are presented.

The data of a survey conducted to assess the impact of financial and psychological support of social workers from the labor collective on their morale and psychological well-being are presented. The Chinese experience shows that the psychological health support system for social workers, guided by the model of humanism and cognitive behavioral therapy, helps to reduce the workload of staff, and, consequently, increase the confidence of recipients of social services in recovery, improve cognitive functions and behavior of patients, and their successful psychosocial rehabilitation. Examples of tools for financial and moral support of social workers in the conditions of the labor collective in modern China are given. Recommendations are formulated for improving the model of financial and moral support for social workers, considering the Chinese experience.
