The article deals with the problem of the formation of the moral potential of students in educational organizations. Conceptual and theoretical statements about the essence and content of the moral potential of students are formulated. Sociological data on the research problem are given.

The article describes the results of studying the attitude of various target groups to inclusive education in preschool educational organizations. During the survey, the lack of formation of a number of professional competencies among teachers and the lack of a value understanding of inclusion in their personal sphere were revealed. The study showed the importance of purposeful work with teachers in the direction of developing their professional consciousness and professional positions in the inclusive education of children with disabilities of preschool age

The article is devoted to a description of the concepts and content of educational practice in the process of training master’s students in the master’s program “Organization and Administration in Education”. The organization of practice is based on a didactic triad, which includes the following grounds: internal development and management of an educational organization, external development and management of an educational organization and selfdevelopment of the head of an educational organization. The work also provides examples of assignments for educational practice, aimed at developing professional competencies of the main educational program and correlating with the academic disciplines studied in the 1st year.

From the position of the model of the stages of agency formation, the content of the retraining program “Management of an Educational Organization” is characterized, examples of the formation of stages of agency formation in the study of the module “Project Management” are given. It is revealed that the greatest changes occur in the “master” and “creator” stages with the subject-joint ecopsychological type of interaction with the educational environment of the institution.

The article examines the possibilities of using the main provisions of the theory of knowledge management in the educational process of a military university. The opinions of Russian scientists studying the problem of using artificial intelligence technologies in knowledge management are analyzed.

There are practically no works devoted to the problem of creative activity of a foreign language teacher in the process of preparing a lesson. In addition, in the methodological literature on pedagogy, little attention is paid to the consideration of theoretical approaches on the basis of which a solution to a problem is designed. The article outlines the concept of a teacher’s creative activity in the process of preparing a lesson based on control theory. An algorithm of actions is revealed based on the functions of management activities. The main content of actions at each stage is highlighted. The rules of pedagogical modeling are substantiated.

The article is devoted the civil and patriotic education of the younger generation, the founder of which in Russia was the great teacher K. D. Ushinsky. Modern researchers have carried out theoretical analysis of his pedagogical heritage, clarified the author’s definition of the concept of «civil and patriotic education», pedagogical conditions for the implementation of civil and patriotic education of students are indicated.
