On the basis of the informatics-cybernetic approach proposed by the author, the main historical stages of systemic global evolution are presented, including the formation of increasingly complex social-economic formations (SEF) from the primitive communal system to modern digital ones, and marked by basic information technologies. It is noted that from the standpoint of this approach, the main problem in the development of educational structures is the need to modify all previously historically emerged such structures in order to harmonize them with each other and ensure compliance with the newly emerging requirements of the new SEF.

It is noted that from the cybernetic point of view, the historical conditionality of education is a consequence and manifestation of the systemic integrity of the Humankind, determined by its deep structure — cybernetic mechanisms of autonomy (hierarchical adaptive search optimization of target criteria of an energetic nature). Using the informatics-cybernetic approach proposed by the author, the main stages of the formation in the history of the cognitive areas of education are listed, which coincide with the stages of the emergence of new information and production technologies, as well as the expansion of the range of spatial characteristics of the macro- and microworld mastered by the subjects. It is pointed out that the “operatively long-range” information technology of telecommunications, which has arisen recently and takes leading position today, radically changes the entire structure and content of education on the planet — in something positive, and in something negative.

At the moment, society needs qualified workers who can simultaneously operate with fundamental knowledge and have practical skills sufficient to find an effective solution in complex and unforeseen cases. Vocational education and institutions involved in personnel retraining have a goal to ensure a sufficient level of knowledge for students to adapt to the conditions of the modern labor market; to focus on the requirements of leading organizations and enterprises; to ensure the competitiveness of certified specialists in employment. Based on this, the objective is set to improve the educational structure and methods of training future specialists in secondary vocational education institutions; introduction of the latest developments in this field into the educational process, which is more necessary when training specialists employed in high-tech industries.

On the basis of the informatics-cybernetic approach proposed by the author, the main historical stages of the “matrix” global evolution of a multidimensional system-educated person mastering a new basic information technology are presented. System education is understood as a sufficient level of education of the individuals composing it (to ensure the production, social, cultural and other processes of selfcontrolling of an element of the corresponding tier of the hierarchical-network system of the Humankind). It is indicated that all such elements form a triangular matrix of dimensions from 2×2 to 6×6 and beyond.

Individual unconscious is seen as an immanent element of the self-managment mechanism of an evolable hierarchy-network system of Humanity (hierarchic search optimization of the objective criteria of energy kind). It is stated that its formation in spatial hierarchy of occurent subsystems of Humanity happens in a mirrored manner (regarding the “identity” layer) to a connected trend of formation of the collective unconscious, social and infrastructural. The informatic-cybernetic model of metaevolution (emergence of hierarchic layers in the process of formation of a system) of individual and collective unconscious is presented. Quality and quantity model characteristics of stated processes in the Psycho-socio-production sphere of Humanity are given.

Based on the informatics-cybernetic approach proposed by the author, the main historical stages in the formation of typical areas of communication, coinciding with the stages in the emergence of new information technologies, are presented. It is indicated that the information technology of telecommunications that emerged historically “yesterday” and is leading today “operationally long-range” information technology of telecommunications radically changes the entire structure and content of communication on the planet — in some ways positive, and in some ways negative for a person.

The article reveals the features of the professional training of a military conductor and the pedagogical foundations for the successful implementation of the didactic potential of musical information technologies in it.

The article presents the results of the empirical research on the prevention of burnouts syndrome among employees of the information technology industry (IT). Paper examines the connection between the personality traits like a type of reflection, empathy, and burnout in IT worker. The study was conducted based on a company specializing in the development, testing and implementation of high-load systems and software products. The relevance of the problem and justification of the preventive measures to correct the level of emotional burnout is supplemented by the results of primary diagnosis using the methods of diagnosis of the level of emotional burnout centuries V. V. Boyko. According to the theoretical analysis and primary diagnostics, the psychological training was developed and tested to correct the level of emotional burnout of employees in the information technology industry. The results of the effectiveness of the developed program are presented.

The article is devoted to the independent work of students of a pedagogical university. It addresses the actual problem of organizing students’ independent work with printed sources, including regulatory documents: The Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”, the “Family Code of the Russian Federation”, the “Convention on the Rights of the Child”. Attention is also paid to the “Exemplary work program of education for general education organizations” in terms of targets in the results of education at the level of primary general education and at the level of basic general education.
