The vital use of modern high-tech methods of treating brain tumors in children, such as surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, has led to a significant increase in the life of young patients. However, the localization of the tumor process, as well as the high toxicity of the treatment methods used, leads to a high percentage of various speech and cognitive disorders that can persist for a long period of time. The article considers the aspect of speech therapy in the conditions of the pediatric oncological treatment and rehabilitation scientific center. Correctional and developmental work is a necessary part of the third stage of medical rehabilitation in children with a neuro-oncological profile.

A model of an optimally functioning person (OHF) is proposed based on an interdisciplinary approach and the principles of integrity, harmony and order. Five main integral internally differentiated personal characteristics (actualization, improvement, compromise, consistency, anti-entropy) are established, built on 18 necessary and sufficient factors. The anti-entropy factor is fundamental to ensure optimal performance. An analytical expression for the balance of the entropy of a biological system is given. The model is available for self-education of an optimal lifestyle.

The article deals with an archived problem in the role of increased responsibility in mobilization during a special operation. In the pedagogical study, the characteristics of military mobilization during the Civil War and during the Great Patriotic War are given. A special role in the military mobilization of citizens was played by the correct organization of the country’s population and the discipline of the population at that difficult time, the work describes the formation of a military special operation that began on February twenty-fourth in two thousand twenty-two, which was a historical factor for the protection of the Russian Federation.

During their studies, students of technical universities study a large number of disciplines. The maximum expansion of the horizon of the scientific worldview in an environment of interdisciplinary interactions and the intensification of intellectual activity can be achieved through transdisciplinarity. The transdisciplinary approach and systemic transdisciplinary approaches allow us to expand the horizons of the scientific worldview. The use of a transdisciplinary approach provides the opportunity to organize joint educational and research activities between subjects of the educational process. These are interactions between teachers and students, between teachers and leading specialists of construction firms, enterprises and businesses, between the students themselves, between students and representatives of the construction business, entrepreneurs.

The contribution of the facilitator to the process of finding and making the right decision by the group is emphasized. The article presents and discusses in detail the main qualities necessary for a facilitator teacher to work with a group of students. The author of the article emphasizes the interdisciplinarity of facilitation, its relevance in other areas. A deep analysis is given of the schemes for the implementation of the main types of facilitation — basic facilitation and group facilitation. Special attention is paid to the components of the group facilitation process. The author gives a generalized description of the main formats of group discussion. The study presents the most popular author’s facilitation methods in the educational process of higher education. The leading facilitative principles are clarified. The author comes to the conclusion about the undoubted importance of facilitation in the process of organizing productive group work at the university.

The article reveals the importance of using digital services in the training of law students in higher education institutions in order to form digital competencies. The data of an experimental study on the identification of digital services skills among bachelor lawyers in the study of legal disciplines are reflected. As a result, it was found that a bachelor’s lawyer does not have sufficient knowledge about digital services that contribute to the formation of the digital competence of a future lawyer and are necessary for him to solve professional tasks. Digital services are proposed, which are recommended to be studied when law students master legal disciplines at the higher school.
