The study is devoted to the study of the influence of students’ attendance of synchronous online classes on academic performance. The author conducted a survey of students, which assessed the attendance of webinars, interest in the subject, the level of satisfaction with the educational process and the educational results obtained. Various factors that can influence the level of motivation of students to study in an online format are also considered. It is revealed that there is a direct relationship between attendance, academic success, and satisfaction with the educational process. The research has practical significance for methodologists, teachers, and heads of educational organizations in the context of designing distance learning programs and developing strategies for motivating students.

The article analyzes the problem of professional orientation and motivation of psychology students in the context of the sophomore slump. The approaches to understanding the essence of the sophomore slump in foreign and domestic literature are revealed, its connection with professional and pedagogical motivation is substantiated. The results of an empirical study of the level of professional orientation and motivation of second-year psychology students are presented. Some sophomores experience difficulties related to the lack of personal meaning in their professional education and lack of readiness for professional activity. The prevention of a sophomore slump can be carried out in the form of psychological and pedagogical support for students, special educational disciplines and the organization of classes that contribute to the assimilation of the role of a professional.

The article describes a pedagogical experiment and research for formatting the cadets' information and computer competence under the military university's information educational environment. The hypothesis of positive influence of the cadets' information and computer competence level on the level of their success in solving educational and professional tasks by means of information technology is investigated. The methodology, purpose, objectives and hypothesis of the research are described. The validity of the selection of experimental and control groups, compliance with the equalized experimental conditions are considered and statistically proved. Using data analysis, statistical tests and criteria, the main hypothesis of the pedagogical experiment is substantiated and proved.

The article reveals methodological guidelines for preventing the failure of primary school students. The author focuses on the importance of taking into account general pedagogical, psychophysiological and social reasons. The paper identifies the problems of the educational process in primary school, substantiates the conclusion about the need to include health-saving technologies in the educational process of primary school, reducing the number of students in primary classes. The article reveals the essence of methodological tools that allow taking into account the peculiarities of bilingual students and providing their educational needs (using the example of AdygheRussian bilingualism).

The article substantiates the need to implement a pedagogical model of monitoring the progress of students of military universities in the conditions of online foreign language teaching. The approaches of modern scientists to the definition of such concepts as «model», «pedagogical modeling» are analyzed. Based on the considered technologies and types of monitoring the progress of students, a model of monitoring students of military universities in foreign language classes in online learning has been compiled. Also, as part of the work, an assessment of the effectiveness of the developed model was carried out within the framework of experimental work with students of military universities.

The study is devoted to the analysis of twins’ ideas about the factors, influencing on twins’ individuality in the process of school education. The study was carried out within the framework of a differential psychological approach. Object of analysis: phenomenological interviews with adult twins. The results show that teachers do not always take into account the specifics of the twin situation, do not set the task of differentiating twins from each other and do not take into account the preferences of the twins themselves.
