The article presents the results of a study of the features of professional burnout of teachers involved in the educational and educational process of children and adolescents with disabilities undergoing rehabilitation. According to the results of the diagnosis of professional burnout among teachers working with children with disabilities of different ages, an increased risk of the formation of professional burnout was established and harbingers of inadequate selective emotional response and reduction of professional responsibilities were noted.

The article reveals the features of professional deformation of the personality of cadets in the process of their training at a military university. The main factors that have a significant impact on the professional deformation of cadets are: the characteristics of their self-actualization in their future profession, as well as the levels of professional burnout and satisfaction with military professional activities. It has been established that the professional deformation of cadets directly depends on their creativity, spontaneity, autosympathy, contact and flexibility in communication. The article proposes a program for the prevention of professional deformation of cadets.

The article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the peculiarities of the phenomenon of perfectionism among teachers. In the course of the theoretical study, the concept of “perfectionism” was analyzed, the features of the professional activity of teaching staff were determined. In the empirical part of the study, the interrelations between the manifestations of perfectionism and such personal characteristics as “extraversion”, “conscientiousness”, “negative emotionality” were established. Correlations between indicators of the perfectionism scale “negative selection” and emotional exhaustion are revealed.
