The topic of the article is related to the actual problem of the development of musical and educational activities in modern China, the solution of which is hindered by several factors identified by the author of the article (pedagogical, parental and social). One of the ways to solve this problem is to increase the interest of children in the study of music by enriching the educational repertoire by teachers with piano works by famous composers for children and about children. S. S. Prokofiev is one of such famous composers around the world. Particularly noteworthy is the cycle of his piano pieces “Children’s Music”, written in 1935 in the USSR with the aim of replenishing the educational repertoire of children’s music schools. The plays included in this cycle have programmatic titles and are united by a common storyline that describes the events of one day in a child’s life. The author of the article reveals the educational and didactic potential of these pieces, suggests including them in the “listening to music” section of music lessons in secondary schools in China, as well as in the educational repertoire of children learning to play the piano in conditions of additional musical education. Study of Russian experience by Chinese music teachers will help with this.

The article presents an iterative process of studying the search for ways to improve the effectiveness of education in the field of life safety and one of its results is a structural and functional model for the formation of a safety culture in children of preschool and primary school age. The parameters and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities aimed at the formation of a safety culture at the levels of preschool and primary general education are identified. The description and results of diagnostic measures carried out as part of experimental work on approbation of the author’s model are given. The conclusion is made about its effectiveness, the revealed regularities.

The relevance of the topic is motivated by the need to embody a common basis in the interaction of subjects of one’s own and other cultures for solving moral problems. The author addresses the problem of students’ involvement in virtue. The paper provides evidence that education makes a person involved in the virtues of truth, justice, etc. It is revealed that one of the first to talk about the person’s involvement in the virtues of justice, truth, shame was Protagoras. Plato speaks of the involvement of the just into justice. Aristotle shifted the focus of the problem: the most important question was not about the All as uniting all types of human virtues, but about the general as uniting people around virtues. It is shown that this general is traditional virtues. The essence of the teacher’s and students’ involvement in virtue is revealed.

The article reflects some of the materials of the theoretical part of Liu Lu’s dissertation research devoted to the development of a scientifically based methodology for raising children’s interest in piano music based on the integration of general musical and elementary piano education in China. The study has been conducted since 2022. under the scientific guidance of T. I. Baklanova at the Department of Methodology and Technologies of Pedagogy of Music Education named after. E. B. Abdullin of the Moscow Pedagogical State University. The purpose of this article is to reveal the cultural-historical and musical-pedagogical foundations for designing this technique. The article first gives a general description of the formation and development of musical and educational activities aimed at raising children’s interest in listening to and performing piano music in the 19th–21st centuries, and then substantiates the importance of the Russian educational project “Music for All” for creating the author’s integrated method of raising interest children to piano music. This technique will be developed and experimentally tested until 2024 as part of Liu Lu’s dissertation research.

The article deals with the problem associated with the formation of the foundations of the culture of interethnic relations among schoolchildren. The phenomenon of general and special is presented in the context of the culture of peoples of joint and adjacent residence, united by interethnic spiritual closeness in connection with a single place of development, feeding landscape, complementarity. The factors, pedagogical conditions of the process of studying the general and the special, which contribute to the knowledge and understanding of the culture of the peoples of Russia and the world, the formation, preservation and development of stable good-neighborly relations with representatives of neighboring states, are substantiated.
