The article presents the scientific justification and the results of an experimental test of the psychological and pedagogical conditions for effective management of the implementation of federal projects in educational institutions. The social significance of the psychological and pedagogical readiness of teachers to implement project activities in education is highlighted. It is shown that the orientation of such activities is the design and research activities of students. It was found that for the effective implementation of federal educational projects, teachers of modern schools need to form project competence, ensuring the achievement of the necessary results in their professional activities, indicating a sufficient level of psychological and pedagogical readiness for pedagogical design.

The article considers the conditions for the development of innovation as a professionally important quality of the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children’s public associations — a new position in the education system. The social significance of the problem is connected with the need to develop an effective system of personnel management of an educational institution and the implementation of innovative programs in the field of education. shown that the psychological phenomenon of the innovativeness of the adviser’s personality can be assessed by conducting psychological diagnostics in order to identify and further take into account the individual characteristics of advisers, namely the level of development of key characteristics of the innovativeness of the personality, such as creativity, self-organization, managerial skills, emotional intelligence, communicative control; conducting a series of educational project “The Path of Innovation”, including interactive forms training (problem lectures, business games, brainstorming, communication training, master classes with invited specialists).

The article proposes to consider the conditions for the integration of foreign students into the educational process of a modern university on the example of the Bratsk State University. It is shown that the psychological phenomenon of personality integration into a new society for her, in its structure contains cognitive, value and activity components; as the main condition for the integration of foreign students into the educational process, a specially developed and experimentally tested model of personality integration can act, including a methodological block, diagnostic tools, as well as a program of training sessions with foreign students students separately, and with an integral group of students during the involvement of the latter in active work in practical classes of a series of humanities; the program of training sessions should be focused on all components of the structure of the phenomenon of integration of the individual into a new society. It is found that the level of development of the integration of the personality of foreign students is highly correlated with the level of formation of the polysubjectivity of their personality and can be studied both from the position of a differentiated and from the position of an integrative approach in experimental work with respondents of the education system.

The article reveals the conditions for the formation of psychological readiness of psychological students for professional activities in the working conditions of the Center for Social Adaptation and Psychological and Pedagogical Support (СSAP) of Bratsk State University. It is shown that the phenomenon of psychological readiness of students to work at the Central Administrative Academy can be considered from the standpoint of such components of its structure as motivational, cognitive, emotional-strong-willed and operational. It was revealed that work at the CSAP contributes to increasing the level of psychological readiness of psychological students for professional activities, and a specially developed and experimentally tested program for preparing students for work at the CSAP helps practitioners adapt to work in such a Center.
