The publication reflects the results of the implementation of an experimental program, the purpose of which was to study the relationship between relationships in the “parent-adolescent” system and the nature of adolescents’ self-attitude. Based on the method of theoretical understanding of available information in the area of interest and understanding self-attitude as a capacious complex education based on the integration of private ideas about oneself, highlighting as features of adolescents’ attitude towards themselves the need for them to know and understand themselves, their individuality, and assuming that a teenager’s attitude towards himself directly depends on the nature, direction and content of his parents’ communication with him, an experimental research program was designed and implemented, which objectively proved the validity of the hypothesis we formulated.
