The article deals with professional deformations from the standpoint of isolating the negative impact of professional activity on the personality and behavior of a person, as a result of the intense activity of a professional, the presence of stressful components of his work, as a way of adapting, adapting a professional to his activity, the positive or destructive orientation of the procedural plan. The authors analyze the factors (objective, subjective, objective-subjective), causing the emergence of professional deformations of a teacher of higher education and designing a program of prevention and assistance in leveling the manifestations of professional deformations in activity.
