The article is devoted to a description of the concepts and content of educational practice in the process of training master’s students in the master’s program “Organization and Administration in Education”. The organization of practice is based on a didactic triad, which includes the following grounds: internal development and management of an educational organization, external development and management of an educational organization and selfdevelopment of the head of an educational organization. The work also provides examples of assignments for educational practice, aimed at developing professional competencies of the main educational program and correlating with the academic disciplines studied in the 1st year.

In the article, the authors consider the current trends in the organization of educational practice in the context of the competence-oriented paradigm of education. The authors emphasize that educational practice should be part of continuous practice in the preparation of students in the field of Pedagogical education. In conclusion, practical examples of the implementation of the proposed principles in the context of a competence-oriented paradigm of education are considered.
