The article is devoted to a description of the concepts and content of educational practice in the process of training master’s students in the master’s program “Organization and Administration in Education”. The organization of practice is based on a didactic triad, which includes the following grounds: internal development and management of an educational organization, external development and management of an educational organization and selfdevelopment of the head of an educational organization. The work also provides examples of assignments for educational practice, aimed at developing professional competencies of the main educational program and correlating with the academic disciplines studied in the 1st year.
