The article reveals the conditions for the formation of psychological readiness of psychological students for professional activities in the working conditions of the Center for Social Adaptation and Psychological and Pedagogical Support (СSAP) of Bratsk State University. It is shown that the phenomenon of psychological readiness of students to work at the Central Administrative Academy can be considered from the standpoint of such components of its structure as motivational, cognitive, emotional-strong-willed and operational.
It was revealed that work at the CSAP contributes to increasing the level of psychological readiness of psychological students for professional activities, and a specially developed and experimentally tested program for preparing students for work at the CSAP helps practitioners adapt to work in such a Center.
