The features of the manifestation of the syndrome of emotional burnout in teachers employed and representatives of the service sector who have their own business are revealed. The features of the organization of preventive measures in the prevention of emotional burnout among workers in different areas of service provision — entrepreneurship and hiring are highlighted. The authors revealed the personal factors that determine the emotional burnout of teachers and representatives of the business sphere who have at least 5 years of work experience, identified the targets of complex psychological support for the formation of the phenomenon under study.
