The article is devoted to the consideration of the mode of possession as a concept denoting the comprehensive desire of a person to possess not only things, but also people, which is one of the main reasons that violate consent and mutual understanding between family members, generating marital physical and psychological violence (abuse). The mode of possession is considered as a component of a number of basic social needs of a person, and family relationships built on its basis.

The article presents the results of a comprehensive study aimed at substantiating physical culture and sports (hereinafter referred to as PСаS) professional standards that are a high priority for the Voronezh region. It is advisable to use them as a reference point for the adjustment of the main professional educational program of higher education 49.03.01 “Physical culture”, program track “Physical education”. The study was carried out during the period 2020–2023 and included identification of the needs of the region residents in the labor functions fulfillment of the employees in PСаS; a retrospective analysis of the formation and development of physical education in Russia; analytical work to identify the professional standards in the field of PСаS that are in demand in the region, and compared with the current Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (3++) for the bachelor’s degree program “Physical culture and Sports”. As a result, we found that the only universal standard corresponding to labor activity in all types of institutions of the Voronezh region is the professional standard 05.008 “The head of the organization (division of the organization) carrying out activities in the field of physical culture and sports”. Since training of the most popular physical education personnel in the region is carried out within the framework of the program 49.03.01 “Physical culture”, program track “Physical education”, the following standards should also be among the priorities: 05.005 “Specialist in instructional and methodological work in the field of physical culture and sports”, 05.012 “Trainer-teacher”, 05.013 “Specialist in the promotion of fitness services”, 05.017 “Fitness specialist (fitness trainer)”, 05.018 “Specialist in school and student sports”.

Today, no one is satisfied with the level of practical preparation of university graduates for professional activities. Precise criteria for the scale of this problem have not yet been established. Many digital data from real sources are unlikely to be credible. The authors raise questions about the need for universities to provide a good knowledge base for practical training of students.

The design of modern online programs is based on evidence-based methods. A special role in this is played by quantitative and qualitative methods of research needs. Before the design stage, it is important to understand what the target audience’s pains and needs are, how the basic needs can be met, what key messages can influence the target audience, and how to help achieve the desired educational outcomes in the implementation of distance learning programs. The article discusses the features of the development and conduct of quantitative and qualitative research at the design stage of distance learning programs, provides examples of questions for conducting this type of research, and analyzes the relationship between the correct interpretation of research results and their impact on the educational product.

The article deals with the problem of non-random self-organization and the result of the technological organization of work with textually expressed information in the conditions of an escalating global civilizational crisis.

Few studies have shown that group needs and general emotional background are reflected in group dynamics. Many theorists consider the general level of security to be the key state of the group that affects group dynamics. However, according to E. Desi and R. Ryan, the need for security is actualized with the frustration of autonomy. This empirical study is devoted to testing the relationship between group structure (centrality and density of the communication network) and group needs for autonomy, competence, belonging and security. As a result, in a sample of 110 people, it was found that the density of communication networks is positively related to the degree of satisfaction of the need for belonging and the satisfaction of the need for security, and the satisfaction of all three basic psychological needs is negatively related to centrality.

The article presents the results of an empirical test of the three-factor model of the need for belonging. The work is aimed at clarifying the boundaries of the phenomenon of the need for belonging in the theory of self-determination by E. Desi and R. Ryan. The three factors identified through the focus group and oral survey have no empirical justification. The model was tested on the basis of three groups of people who have differently frustrated need for belonging: the homeless (12 men (age: 28–55 years), 12 women (age: 32–63), people with drug addiction (2 men (age: 30 and 55 years old), 6 women (age 20–40 years old) and bullying victims (7 women (age 31–48 years old) and one man (31 years old). Their answers were compared with the conditional norm. Total study participants — 57 people: 34 women (age 2063 years), 23 men (age 2655 years). Three independent factors were identified, which, in the first approximation, confirmed the theoretical model.
