The digitalization of education stimulates the transformation of the content, forms, methods of educational activities, requirements for the professional competencies of teachers. The article defines the importance of professional mobility, which provides an adequate response to ongoing changes, readiness for selfdevelopment and professional self-realization. The possibilities of open educational resources and massive open online courses for the development of professional mobility of teachers in the modern digital educational environment are considered.
