The presented materials reflect the results of an experimental approach to understanding the problem of communication culture in a preschool educational organization. Based on the method of theoretical analysis and understanding the culture of pedagogical communication as special communication skills implemented by the teacher in educational activities and focused on improving the efficiency of the educational process by creating a favorable atmosphere of interaction between its participants, a monitoring program is described, the implementation of which will allow not only to study the possession of a culture of communication by teachers , but also, highlighting their problems, to form the basis for the development of a psychological and pedagogical program for optimizing the culture of communication in preschool educational institutions as an educational system
