The article is devoted to the analysis of the personal and professional development of teachers, the study of their involvement in teaching activities and the ability to involve students who become more successful in educational activities, and the teachers involved are more democratic and effective. The psychological content of the resource complex “engagement — involvement” has been studied and the psychological means of its development and actualization have been revealed. The psychological conditions and factors contributing to and hindering the actualization of the complex “engagement and involvement” as a resource for personal and professional development of teachers and students are identified. A new technological solution is proposed — the technology of updating the resource complex, which has proven its effectiveness in the experiment and is recommended for implementation in the educational process of schools, colleges, universities.
