The reflective activity of students is the basis for increasing professional efficiency. But there is a problem of correlation between theory and practice, as well as the implementation of innovative research activities. The development of reflection among undergraduates of the pedagogical master’s program contributes to a rational understanding of all theoretical and social experience, taking into account their interests and needs, creating a unique trajectory of their own professional development. Creating conditions for the implementation of the reflective activity of students of the pedagogical magistracy through the introduction of reflective learning is an important stage in the development of pedagogical education in modern Russia.
