The article discusses the relationship between the index of general psychological wellbeing, its components and individual psychological personality traits that make up a personal resource. It has been established that a high level of psychological well-being is achieved through the manifestation of such human qualities as self-efficacy, self-control, resilience, a positive attitude towards others and positive attitude towards oneself, the presence of a goal in life. The well-being of students is directly related to tolerance for uncertainty. The higher the well-being, the more young people prefer uncertainty, change, the desire for novelty and solving complex problems.

The factor structure of resilience, coping strategies and victimization of adolescents with chronic diseases (oncology — 61, rheumatic diseases — 51, cerebral palsy — 51) and conventionally healthy (n = 86) was analyzed. The study used the S. Muddy Resilience Test modified by D. A. Leontiev and E. I. Rasskazova, the SORET R. Carver questionnaire adapted by E. I. Rasskazova, T. O. Gordeeva and E. N. Osin, and the questionnaire “Type of role victimization” by M. A. Odintsova and N. P. Radchikova. Significant differences on many scales between the four groups are shown. The factor structure of resilience and coping of adolescents of four groups was revealed, the features of resilience in connection with coping strategies and victimization of adolescents suffering from oncological, rheumatological diseases and with cerebral palsy were analyzed in connection with the tasks of psychological assistance. The relationship between resilience and victimhood is shown, limitations are discussed and prospects for research are outlined.

The article presents an analysis of the literature on the problem of achieving self-identity in persons with disabilities. The analysis of literary sources devoted to the problem of disability and self-identity of the self is carried out. A comparative analysis of the self-identity of the self and the internal picture of the disease is carried out. Suggestions are made about the role of selfidentity as a resource for resilience in people with disabilities.

The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted at a military university with cadets of the first and fourth courses (40 people). The control group consisted of students of the humanities university — young men of the same age (40 people). The study was conducted using the Resilience Test of D. A. Leontiev and E. I. Rasskazova, the Scale of Existence of A. Langle and K. Orgler, the methodology “dominant motivation” by I. Y. Kulagina and V. N. Kolutsky. It is shown that the indicators of resilience, meaningfulness of life and spiritual and moral motivation are more expressed in cadets, compared to students. Features of mature value-sense and motivational sphere are considered in modern conditions as professionally important qualities of future officers.

The success of student learning at university depends on the psychological well-being of students, the concept of which has not been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the work was to study the relationship between psychological factors of well-being of 1–2 year university students based on the use of tests: Psychological Well-Being Scale by C. Ryff; Test of life-meaning orientations; Vitality test; Tolerance of Uncertainty Questionnaire. Significant relationships between testing indicators were established: between the personal well-being of students and the factors of life-meaning orientation, resilience, control, presence of life goals and meaningfulness. Students with high well-being showed greater resilience and a positive attitude towards others and themselves, and had a positive attitude towards completing difficult tasks. a new approach to considering psychological well-being in the form of a benevolent attitude in life is proposed.

The paper analyses the concept of personal competency, determines core personal competencies as work efficiency factors in the context of different forms of employment in the digital era, and considers personal competencies improvement methods. The claim of a personal competencies improvement model development relevance for different types of employment is grounded.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of a study of factors determining the resilience of an individual in high school age. Attention is focused on the problem of the modern educational process, which places high demands on the psyche of high school students, and resilience as a phenomenon that contributes to the successful overcoming of difficulties and adaptation to the requirements. The author used the method of theoretical analysis of scientific sources, psychodiagnostic testing, mathematical and statistical data processing (Pearson correlation coefficient). The results of a correlation analysis are described, in which the emotional sphere and value orientations are considered as factors of resilience.
