The subject of consideration in this article is the emotional “fund” of the musicianperformer, which provides the filling of the emotional fabric of a musical work. The author of the article proposes to include the analysis of the content of emotional tissue in the performance analysis of a musical work, which allows to more effectively build the process of artistic communication with listeners, causing them a programmed artistic reaction, emotional and intellectual resonance. The article gives definitions of emotional tissue, emotional image, emotional representations, emotional meanings — the terminological apparatus used by the psychology of art, studying the emotional aspect of artistic creativity, systematization of emotional modalities based on the works of famous psychologists studying the emotional content of works of art.
