This article discusses aspects of psychological correction of psychosomatic manifestations from the cardiovascular system in patients of different ages by using Tai chi — qigong exercises. The data of an experimental study of patients suffering from these disorders on the basis of their psychological correction by these methods are reflected. As a result, the positive effect of Tai chi — qigong exercises on the psychological sphere of patients was determined, improving the physical and psycho-emotional state of patients, normalizing the emotional background and reducing the physical manifestations of psychosomatic conditions of the cardiovascular system.

Sponsorship is one of the main characteristics of self and mutual aid groups for the prevention of addictive behavior from drug and alcohol use. The dominant task of sponsorship is interpersonal support for a recovering addict with more significant experience of abstinence from using psychoactive substances, and for another addict who is at an earlier stage of recovery. This interaction is mutually beneficial both in psychological and social aspects. At the same time, the problem arises of determining the predictors of the formation of a given social and psychological interaction between the sponsor and the sponsored. We conducted a study of the criteria for choosing a sponsor among 40 members of the Narcotics Anonymous community with experience of recovery from 1 month to 9 years in the Moscow region. A conclusion is drawn about the importance of sponsorship in the process of recovery from chemical dependence.

The analysis of literary sources devoted to the problem of disability and self-identity of the self is carried out. A comparative analysis of the self-identity of the self and the internal picture of the disease is carried out. Suggestions are made about the role of selfidentity as a resource for resilience in people with disabilities.
