The article shows fragments of the organization of the work of the APSN to enrich the staff of scientists from Russia, Belarus and foreign countries in order to activate new joint metasubject scientific research (philosophy, cultural studies, psychology, philology, pedagogy, etc.) in the post-Soviet educational space. Some forms of effective cooperation of scientists from different countries with the author of this article are described. The level of influence of cooperation and implementation of research results in educational practices of educational institutions on the quality of training of scientific personnel is noted.
