Issues of managing work motivation as a way to retain staff in the workplace traditionally occupy a large place in modern research. The study focuses on the difference in motivation characteristics between male and female employees, as well as the presence of a statistical relationship between the level of motivation and anxiety. Purpose of the study: to study the characteristics of motivation and anxiety levels of employees of different genders in one organization. The study involved 50 employees of one organization. The data obtained can serve as the basis for developing an effective motivation program aimed at different groups of people.
