The article reveals the importance of the process of educating political culture among military personnel and employees of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation and its role in ensuring the national security of the state in modern conditions. Based on the analysis of modern realities, it is concluded that it is necessary to develop a system for educating the political culture of servicemen and employees of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation within the framework of military-political work carried out in the troops.

The article discusses the main methods and techniques that are aimed at developing the skills of pedagogical work in future officers within the framework of professional activities for the effective implementation of the main directions of military-political work in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, taking into account regulatory requirements, psychological characteristics of the formation of the personality of military personnel and achievements of military pedagogical science and practice.

The article deals with the issues of improving the military-pedagogical process of military police units in the aspect of developing a culture of military labor safety. The authors touched upon the problem of the need to form a modern approach to the education of military police officers and proposed options for its solution. The legal acts regulating the service activities of the military police were studied and the features of the work of these units were identified.
