Реверсивное наставничество как проблема и перспективная образовательная технология студентов
Annotation
Вопрос оптимизации образовательного процесса на всех уровнях и, в особенности, в школе, очевидно, никогда не выйдет из разряда актуальных. Сегодня для его решения предлагаются различные технологии и схемы, одной из которых являются разновидности наставничества, включая реверсивное. Рассматривая его, авторы предлагают собственное понимание и определение, анализируют его теоретические основы, параметры эффективности и авторскую модель реализации в школе в условиях тьюторского сопровождения.
