In modern conditions, the problem of artificial intelligence is interdisciplinary in nature and at the moment the potential for using this technology in various spheres of life has not been studied. The introduction of artificial intelligence methods contributes to the modernization of the education and professional training system, taking into account the paradigm of digitalization and convergence of education, and will bring educational programs to the needs of the digital economy. The article substantiates the significance of the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers to use artificial intelligence technologies. The concepts of digital economy, digital technologies, digital ethics, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technologies are considered. The importance of using artificial intelligence methods in education is determined. The article is devoted to the issues of improving the professional training of students in military educational institutions based on the identification, generalization and systematization of the criteria for the effectiveness of the application of the problem-activity approach to the training of cadets and students in a higher military school.

Data on the teacher’s readiness to work with a substitute family were obtained, areas of deficiency in vocational training were identified. It has been established that it is advisable to implement short-term full-time courses for teachers, within which the peculiarities of the life of the substitute family are studied, technologies for diagnosing the substitute family, organization and maintenance of psychological and pedagogical support of substitute families are mastered.

The article, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, revealed the essence of methodological competence in the preparation of future teachers for educational activities, determined its structure, stages of formation. The results of the study of the reflexiveassessment component of the methodological competence of future teachers in education are presented. Based on the assessment by future teachers of their knowledge, skills of the method of educational work, deficits in methodological competence were revealed. The importance of improving the substantive and procedural component of the teacher’s methodological competence has been proven. The module of preparing him for educational work is described.

The relevance of this study is due to the need of changing the professional training of a teacher on the basis of creating conditions that encourage him to self-knowledge and selfdetermination, reflection and search for the most important meanings of the pedagogical profession. In this regard, the article considers some aspects of the development of the readiness of students of a pedagogical orientation, in particular, a pedagogical magistracy, for reflexive activity. The results show that solving a problem of developing readiness to reflexive activities among students needs to be associated with stating clear reflexive training tasks; with providing education conditions for training analysis of their work, with forming conditions of raising skills of objective assessment of their abilities; with managing different forms of lessons on teaching them methods of improving reflexive skills.

The article focuses on the strategy of the educational process of the university, which is responsible for the quality of preparation of graduates to perform functional duties in extraordinary professional situations. As a significant educational task, the personal identification of students with their future profession is determined, which is expressed by the awareness of their professionally significant properties. The change in the strategy for reorganizing the areas of professional training and indicators for its assessment is illustrated by the change in the dominant personal characteristic, which confirms the compliance of the achieved educational goal with a certain strategy of university education. Based on a comparison of the dominant professionally significant properties, the significance of the professional self-awareness of graduates for successful adaptation in the professional sphere is affirmed. The results of a comprehensive study conducted at the Samara University, the sample of which consisted of 198 people, are presented. The data are confirmed by the positive results of testing the developed didactic system on the example of future law students.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of personnel training for the system of higher professional education. Currently, our country has not formed a scientifically and methodically sound system of personnel training for higher education. The authors analyzed professional standards for the training of specialists in various professional industries. We studied the requirements for knowledge, skills and abilities, outlined the prospects for training these specialists. The presented results are based on a logical and meaningful analysis of literary sources, conducted pedagogical observations and a survey of specialists.
