The paper considers and analyzes various approaches to the model of digital competencies of teachers. The emphasis is on the latest research by Russian scientists devoted to the study of digital competencies, digital literacy, and digital skills. It is indicated that there is no single approach to considering the structure and content of the concept of “digital competencies”. The results of a study of digital competencies of Russian teachers, conducted in 2022, are shown.

The article discusses the actual problem of education as a factor of social formation of a student’s personality, development of his spiritual and moral culture. Education is inextricably linked with culture — in the past, present and future. When this connection is broken, the level of education of schoolchildren drops, the cultural level of society decreases. The “falling out” of upbringing from the phenomenon of “education” negatively affects the quality of teachers` training. Ensuring continuous education in full — both training and upbringing — requires higher professional and personal training of teachers in pedagogical universities.

The article deals with the issues of interaction between the teacher and students, reflecting their general image in the process of formation of the last passionary qualities. At the same time, the author proposes the organization and conduct of training sessions in the specialty only by the teacher who is necessarily a carrier of passionate energy. In order to actualize the problem of training specialists whose activities are associated with a risk to health, and physically hard work is often performed in adverse environmental conditions, it is proposed to consider the solution of the pedagogical problem on the example of the organization of the educational environment in the preparation of cynologists-figuranty in cynological units of the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation.

The purpose of the study: to study the students’ ideas about the “reference” qualities of a person. Hypotheses: 1. Ideas about “reference” qualities of a person are formed through various social mechanisms. 2. Effects of direct influence of teachers on the formation of students’ ideas about “reference” qualities may not be great. Methods: psychodiagnostics (USK test questionnaire), research methodology (questionnaire “Man-woman — husband-wife” (MZHML)), rank correlation.

One of the main tasks of a higher educational institution is to work with young teachers beginning their pedagogical activity. This work consists in helping a mentor to a novice teacher to adapt to a new activity, develop new skills, competencies and proficiencies, form the necessary qualities, and increase the effectiveness of the teacher. Therefore, the article considers the role of a teacher-mentor carried out on the example of a military institute. The tasks of the teacher-mentor, the specifics of the appointment and activity are described.

В статье автор решает задачу воспитания специализированных гибких навыков и компетенций у студентов и инвалидов по слуху, которые необходимы для адаптации процесса обучения к условиям «конвейерного метода обучения». Автор делает вывод, что для повышения качества обучения студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) по слуху необходимо воспитать у них гибкие навыки, такие как: 1) коммуникативные навыки; 2) социальные навыки; 3) навыки саморегуляции, управленческие и исследовательские; 4) цифровая грамотность; 5) предпринимательские навыки. Автор для воспитания социальных навыков студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья по слуху предлагает вовлекать таких студентов в добровольческую волонтерскую деятельность.
