Russian pedagogic thought occupies a significant place in the world pedagogic system. It is characterized by constant search for spiritual and moral foundations which should be the basis of the educational process. A certain extent in the development of humanistic pedagogy is also typical for European-American civilization. It is evidenced by the fact that the Russian pedagogy ideas match with the advanced ideas of European and American pedagogical thought. The aim of the article is to analyze the experience of implementing humanistic ideas in the practice of organizing the educational process associated with the traditions of the “Athenian school” and names of such famous educators as J. A. Comenius, G. Kerschensteiner, M. Montessori, J. Dewey.

The article is devoted to the study of the cadets’ professional and ethical training organization in military institutes of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation. The theme topicality is revealed, approaches to the organization of the professional and ethical training of the cadets and formed views on the problem solution are analyzed. The aim and objectives of the professional and ethical training of the cadets in the Rosgvardia military institute are formulated. The author’s view on the organization of professional and ethical training of cadets is presented.The functional model of the pedagogical system of the professional and ethical training of the cadets in the Rosgvardia military institute is revealed. Conclusions are reached and recommendations are formulated in order to improve the effectiveness of professional and ethical training of the cadets in the Rosgvardiya Military Institute.

The analysis of A. S. Makarenko’s views on the essence and nature of pedagogical logic in the organization of the educational process is carried out in the article. Pedagogical logic is considered as the implementation of the dialectical logic requirements in intellectual and organizational activities. The characteristic features of A. S. Makarenko’s pedagogical logic are revealed: dialectic, systematic approach, practicability, activity of the foster-child in the pedagogical process. The possibility of applying the pedagogical logic of A. S. Makarenko in the modern practice of education in the Russian National Guard Troops is shown. It is noted that it is unacceptable to simplify the ideas of A. S. Makarenko in problems of pedagogical logic.

The article is devoted to the study of the organization of the upbringing process in the units of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation. The theme topicality is revealed, approaches to the servicemen upbringing organization and the prevailing views on the problem solution are analyzed. The author’s view on the upbringing organization of the servicemen and employees on the basis of a systematic approach is presented. The connection between the upbringing system and the process of the military personnel and employees of the Rosgvardiya units is revealed. A detailed description of the directions (types) and components of the upbringing system in the Rosgvardiya units is given. Conclusions about the importance of a systematic approach to the organization of the servicemen and employe upbringing are drawn.

The article elaborates on the research concept of forming cadets’ personal responsibility worldview position of the service and combat missions performance at the Russian National Guard Troops personnel training Centers based on a personalized approach. The rationale for the identified problem is provided, its relevance is formulated, and the extent of its study in scientific literature is analyzed. The subject, object, aim, tasks, and hypothesis of the research are defined, and the theoretical and practical significance are described. The structure of the research work is presented. The personalized approach as a methodological basis of the problem study is revealed. The possibility of forming a worldview position of personal responsibility for the performance of service and combat tasks among cadets of the Rosgvardiya personnel training centers on the basis of a personalized approach is predicted.
