The subject of the study is to find a solution to the dilemma of comprehensive mental and mental development of bilingual children at the stage of their personal formation. The aim of the work is to substantiate a theoretical and methodological approach to the support of bilingual children in a preschool educational organization, considering age-related development features using the sensory integration method. The publication discusses theoretical issues of bilingualism, age-related futures of the development of a bilingual child, and suggests methods of working with bilingual children using sensory integration and provides an example of such work. The article presents a general scientific systematic approach to the psychological and pedagogical support of bilingual children study, its stages and developmental work on each of them.

The article is devoted to the issue of developing the educational potential of intended teachers from territories of new constituent entities of Russia. The author has clarified the characteristic of student’s educational potential considered as a complex social and psychological quality, including personal resources, psychological reserves and person internal capabilities. Sociocultural and social-professional factors contributing to the development of the quality under study are identified, forms and methods are defined. The findings of the study demonstrate that the contemporary teaching objective is to provide a student with guidance on how to effectively educate themselves, and help him/her become a specialist and a citizen of Russia.

The article deals with the problems of the formation of abilities, a constructive approach to their understanding and consideration of the structural content is proposed. As the initial elementary unit of the psychological content of cognitive capabilities, it is proposed to consider intellectual operations, and cognitive strategies as operational mechanisms. The author’s classification of cognitive acts is given. The article reveals the essence and importance of a multicultural approach to the musical education of children, as well as the possibility of applying the conceptual foundations of the educational system of T.I. and primary general musical education in China. The article also reveals the relationship, features and some practical aspects of policultural and multicultural education, their relationship with the concept of “cultural pluralism”. The main conclusion of the article is that in order to achieve the modern goals of musical education of children in China, it is necessary in the educational process to form schoolchildren’s ideas about the ethnic diversity of the country’s musical culture.

The relevance of this article is due to the fact that modern society requires a personality open to communication, capable of quickly mastering skills and abilities of communicative behavior. Accordingly, one of the leading tasks of pedagogical activity is the development of social competence on all levels of the educational process. The topic for the subject of social science and the methods of its teaching is relevant, since the study of this subject should correspond to modern trends in digitalization and changes in the field of education of a different nature. At the same time, it can be noted that at the moment there is a problem of a lack of extracurricular activities programs in social studies aimed at developing the social competence of students that meet modern technologies, in which the integration of online and offline forms of extracurricular activities would be implemented and at the same time students were actively involved in the development of socially significant projects. In such circumstances, it is important to organize such training and select a tool for assessing the quality of this educational area. This article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at improving the social competence of students in extracurricular activities in social science. The results obtained can be used in the practice of teachers and for further research on this topic.

The transdisciplinary approach and systemic transdisciplinary approaches allow us to expand the horizons of the scientific worldview. The use of a transdisciplinary approach provides the opportunity to organize joint educational and research activities between subjects of the educational process. These are interactions between teachers and students, between teachers and leading specialists of construction firms, enterprises and businesses, between the students themselves, between students and representatives of the construction business, entrepreneurs.

The article deals with the regional specifics of student teachers’ professional pedagogical orientation. The importance of considering macrosocial context of the formation of student teachers’ professional orientation is noted. The results of empirical research of the professional orientation level, its motivational and value components among student-teachers of three regions: Pridnestrovie, Kishinev municipality and Orekhovo-Zuevo municipality are presented. It is argued that student-teachers in various regions differ in the professional orientation level (it is lower among Chisinau students in comparison to those from Pridnestrovie and Orekhovo-Zuevo), whereas motivational and value components also vary: the professional orientation of student-teachers from Pridnestrovie, a region with undefined political status, is characterized by predominance of external motivation and more pronounced individualistic tendencies (in comparison to students from culturally similar regions).

The article deals with the issues related to the formation of scientific picture of the world of students of philology. The destructive activity of adolescents is considered as a conscious manifestation of destructive activities that contribute to illegal behavior and behavioral deviations that harm social, mental and physical health. It is proved that the destructive activity of adolescents can lead to dangerous consequences: involvement in destructive communities, illegal behavior, tragic events, child and adolescent suicides. The role of the class teacher in the early identification of the causes and conditions that contribute to the destructive activity of students, including in the information space, is actualized. Positive interventions, expansion of the space of constructive interaction in educational and extracurricular activities are proposed. Special attention is paid in the article to the optimization of digital communications as tools of socio-pedagogical prevention of destructive activity of students.

The article highlights the structural and functional approach in the process of teaching semantic reading, analyzes different aspects of the interaction of the author, the reader and the work, identifies ways to solve the problem of adequate perception of the author’s semantic world by the reader. As a tool that helps to penetrate into the meaning of the work, iconic modeling is considered in two varieties — figurative-semantic (verbal drawing) and logicalsemantic models (the technique of “binary oppositions”), which serves as the basis of meaning generation in the process of reading, the reader’s interpretation of the work. The proposed approach allows us to take a fresh look at the methodology of functional literacy formation in the context of the development of semantic reading skills of a literary text.

The article deals with the dynamics of existential-value meanings under the influence of the military situation in the world picture of the elderly population. The theoretical model of value orientations study by M. Rokich (Milton Rokeach), “System of life meanings” by V. Y. Kotlyakov, additions and comments of respondents themselves were the methodological basis and method of the study. The peculiarity of the study is also the fact that the system of value meanings of this category of people is a fairly well-established basic factor of personal meanings, but getting into a situation with any extreme conditions for life, a person involuntarily becomes a witness or participant in certain life circumstances, which he did not encounter in the usual peacetime. This involves a certain rethinking of the basic components of a person’s world picture, the analysis of which this study reveals.

The article presents research results of auditory and verbal memory of second grade schoolchildren with reading disabilities. At risk school children for dyslexia have specific peculiarities of memorizing verbal information revealed during the experimental observation. The established correlation of these peculiarities with the technical characteristic and semantic aspect of reading demonstrated the need to develop a methodology aimed at the formation, development and improvement of auditory and verbal memory. The developed direction allows to form, develop and improve auditory and verbal memory relevant both for schoolchildren experiencing difficulties while learning and preschoolers with speech disorders related to a risk group for reading disabilities.

In modern pedagogical activity, it is necessary to return the “living language”. The combination of hermeneutic procedures with the “method of simple physical actions” (Stanislavsky) is aimed at this. As a result, students get acquainted with the effects of linguistic “deconstruction” (Derrida) in an accessible form, which reveals the semantic traces of multiple linguistic differences, references and absences. It gives a rise to “dialogues of indifference” among students with a teacher, among themselves, and most importantly — with their inner interlocutor, or even with an imaginary author about the deep content of his scientific and methodological work. So it becomes the guarantor of the informal development of the studied specialty.
