The article discusses the main methods and techniques that are aimed at developing the skills of pedagogical work in future officers within the framework of professional activities for the effective implementation of the main directions of military-political work in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, taking into account regulatory requirements, psychological characteristics of the formation of the personality of military personnel and achievements of military pedagogical science and practice.

The article describes in detail an integrated diagnostic lifestyle map, as well as a map of a comprehensive assessment of projects, including tasks, solving criteria and performance indicators.

The article highlights the methodological basis for choosing ways of interaction between military personnel of the National Guard of the Russian Federation and the local population, reveals issues of theoretical forecasting that justify the choice of methodological ways to study the interaction of military personnel with the local population, and also substantiates the relevance of using activity-based, anthropological and axiological approaches to the study of this phenomenon.

In this article, the modeling method is defined as a specific method of cognition, which includes the construction of models, their study in order to obtain new information about the phenomenon under study. Conclusions are reached and recommendations are formulated in order to improve the effectiveness of professional and ethical training of the cadets in the Rosgvardiya Military Institute.

The article discusses theoretical provisions and describes the principles of constructing the structure of the model of the formation of military-professional orientation of the personality of pupils of Suvorov schools on the basis of project activities. Based on the analysis of the theory and practice of the implementation of project activities, pedagogical conditions for the formation of military-professional orientation of the personality of Suvorov residents are determined, content of the components of the developed model is disclosed.

The article reveals the importance of motivational component in preparing competitive teachers in an ever-changing world and focuses on the future teacher’s motivation to develop multipotential abilities at different stages of his/her higher education. The in-depth interviews conducted among 1st–4th year students of the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan Federal University revealed the most important groups of students’ motives for the development of multipotential abilities, as well as the differences between the motives of first and last year students. This fact indicates that student teachers’ motivation changes throughout the period of their study at the university. This paper contributes to the research on the development of multipotential abilities of future teachers in the system of higher education by providing new data on the motives that motivate students to participate in various activities during their study to acquire new skills and competencies.

The article presents an analysis of the historical periods of the introduction of initial military training in Russia. The modern legislative framework that regulates the preparation of citizens for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is analyzed. Attention is focused on the current stage of the introduction of initial military training in educational institutions of the country, where it is noted that from September 1, 2023, the integration of the initial military training program into the educational process of Russian youth is planned, but at the same time trends of a supposedly formal approach to this initiative are revealed.
