The article reveals the issues of instilling in the Red Army and Red Navy men a burning hatred for the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War by means of visual agitation and propaganda. The great power of the poster is shown, which arouses feelings of hatred in the soldiers and the desire to avenge the enemy for his atrocities. Particular attention is paid to the integrated use of visual and oral agitation.

The article analyzes the experience of instilling burning hatred for the Nazi invaders among the Red Army and Red Navy men, shows features of agitation and propaganda activities by means of the military press. The paper presents and analyzes the specifics of influence on the consciousness and behavior of military personnel of information about the atrocities of fascist monsters on the occupied territory in military magazines, central, district and naval newspapers, bulletins, leaflets, combat leaflets. Recommendations are formulated for modern command and military-political bodies on the use of this experience in militarypolitical propaganda and agitation for the formation of the image of the enemy and readiness to defend their Fatherland during a special military operation among the military and the entire Russian people.

The paper presents a theoretical analysis of crisis and transformational processes in the development of the family, which caused the formation of new forms of it with changed value relations to matrimony, parenthood and kinship. Two interrelated trends are shown, one of which is the liberalization of marital relations, which complicate the transmission of family values to children due to the fragility and high probability of their disintegration; the competition of parenting values with the desire for self-realization and the desire for professional achievements; the erosion of kinship values in nuclear families. The second trend captures the preservation of family values for modern youth, which is confirmed by empirical research. The statement is substantiated that the family, as the main translator of family values, “competes” with other agents of socialization — the media and social networks.

The article is devoted to the issues of improving the professional training of students in military educational institutions based on the identification, generalization and systematization of the criteria for the effectiveness of the application of the problem-activity approach to the training of cadets and students in a higher military school.

The article presents an analysis of the patriotic education of youth in the Arctic region of the Kola Arctic on the example of the training of children and adolescents in the state regional educational and methodological Center for military-patriotic education of youth “Avangard” and in the commercial Center for civil-patriotic education “To live in the North”. Both Centers were opened on the initiative of the Governor of the Murmansk region to implement the idea of patriotic education, cohesion of the population, preservation of historical memory and ensuring the sovereignty and security of citizens of the Russian state. The negative and positive aspects of the work of the Centers have been identified, shortcomings and ways to eliminate them have been identified.

The article describes and analyzes the most important stages of the pedagogical and scientific activity of the academician and vice-president of the Russian Academy of Education, chairman of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission on psychology and pedagogy, David Iosifovich Feldshtein (1929–2015). The emphasis is on his pedagogical and organizational skills, as well as his studies of developmental psychology, considered in a cultural and historical context.

The reason for referring to the topic of the article is the search for new approaches to the educational process development in the Rosgvardiya military institutes in dynamically changing conditions. Russian pedagogical practice has accumulated a large number of innovations which could be used in the process of improving the cadets’ training and education. This article covers the psychological analysis of cyberbullying. It also describes psychological mechanisms that cause cyberbullying adolescents in the internet environment and its consequences. Psychological conditions for preventing cyberattacks on adolescents and remedial actions have been pointed out and justified. Approximate methods of cyber security have been presented.

The relevance of the study is due to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards to information technology skills of educational process participants, changing the strategy of personnel training for high-tech industries, which allows to increase the level of professional competence while getting higher education. The aim of the study is substantiating and testing the innovative approach to teaching major courses in training the professional personnel for the oil and gas industry in the context of digitalization of economy. The peculiarity of the suggested approach is activating practice-oriented training based on using the possibility of digitalizing some components of industrial processes in the university educational process. The example given in the article includes simulating a real industry-specific task, aimed at teaching students as specialists possessing tools for checking hypotheses in the operation of a chemical and technological system, knowing peculiarities of data processing in the oil and gas industry. The suggested approach enriches the traditional methods of teaching by using modern information technologies and advantages of the virtual approach in simulating real industrial processes.

In the article, the editor-in-chief draws the attention of researchers and readers to the importance of observing the principle of continuity and consistency in the process of developing and implementing innovations in pedagogical theory and practice. The fact is that pedagogy itself as a science, or more precisely the art of education, does not imply sharp changes in polarities and vectors of orientation in training and education of a person. As you know, the basis of training and education is formed by established pedagogical theories, concepts, and provisions. It is important that innovations in pedagogy are not contradictory in nature and do not imply a sharp change in their focus. Such changes usually lead to chaos in a person’s consciousness and negatively affect both the results of learning and, especially, education. In order to preserve progressive development in pedagogical science and practice, the author proposes a consideration of classical and innovative teaching theories in general pedagogy and higher education pedagogy, reveals the main trends and patterns of formation and development of basic didactic theories and concepts in domestic pedagogy. Features of implementation of classical theories in modern universities are shown: the associative-reflexive theory of learning and the theory of gradual formation of mental actions, as well as the innovative theory of problem-based and digital learning. Along with this, an effective integration of specific didactic concepts: pedocentric, Bell Lancaster, Mannheim, brigade-laboratory, Dalton plan, Winnetka plan into modern programmed education is substantiated.

Textbook”, “Mobile Electronic School”). The specificity of their use in teaching schoolchildren of different ages, different health conditions and academic performance is shown. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the opinions of modern students of technical specialties and students of humanitarian specialties regarding the introduction of artificial intelligence resources in the educational process, as well as in the study of higher mathematics. The results of an online survey of students are given, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn.
