The article considers the phenomenon of gamification as the basis for organizing the educational process, including motivation and regulating behavior of participants of gaming activities. The author presents the functions and principles of gamification, world of the game as a world of custom, ritual, holiday. Attention is drawn to seven game techniques, with the help of which it is possible to effectively involve a pupil in the game process. The game is explored as the basis of the project “Conversations about important things”, as the world of students’ relationships.

Considering the historical aspect of vocational and pedagogical education in the context of training in the working profession of students, the direct relationship of the master (mentor) with the system of industrial training is traced. The study of mentoring issues is reflected in the works of S. Y. Batyshev, G. K. Selevko, V. A. Skakun, M. N. Skatkin, N. M. Talanchuk, etc., where professional training is considered from the standpoint of methodological foundations in production conditions. In the article, the greatest attention is directed to the consideration of issues related to the principles of the organization of industrial training in the system of vocational pedagogical education, scientifically and methodologically grounded in the research of G. M. Romantsev and his scientific school. Each principle is described from the perspective of mentoring activities, which became the basis for the development of components of a descriptive model for the training of a master mentor in a working profession.

The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical foundations for preparing a teacher for productive interaction with a substitute family in a difficult pedagogical situation. Data on the teacher’s readiness to work with a substitute family were obtained, areas of deficiency in vocational training were identified. It has been established that it is advisable to implement short-term full-time courses for teachers, within which the peculiarities of the life of the substitute family are studied, technologies for diagnosing the substitute family, organization and maintenance of psychological and pedagogical support of substitute families are mastered.

Strategies, directions, forms, methods and techniques are considered that contribute to the effective training of specialists for the upcoming activities in the formation of a military-professional orientation among Suvorovites based on the organization of their project activities.

The concept of an educational cultural-semiotic and private environment for the life of a developing person is formulated, focused on new forms of education in the context of a change in the main pedagogical paradigm and changes, which the author calls “a quiet revolution in education”. The principles of the traditional and new paradigm of education are briefly characterized. The question is raised about the reality, which will make it possible to comprehend and interconnect the individual principles of the new paradigm. The author describes the image of culture that he developed in the course of many years of cultural research and helped him see a new reality. But he called this reality not culture, but environment. The characteristics of such an environment are indicated, two levels of its description are distinguished — abstract (as a reality) and more specific (ontological). The latter is illustrated on the material of the problems of teaching mathematics. In conclusion, criteria are discussed that allow for the demarcation of competencies for new types of education.

The problem of increasing the effectiveness of the teacher’s educational activities is largely related to how actualized and developed his professional and personal individuality is. In this regard, pedagogical technique and biomechanics are often underestimated. On the contrary, the elements of pedagogical technique are considered a consequence of the manifestation of the teacher’s individuality. In this article, the task is to identify the potential of theatrical and sports biomechanics in the development of the teacher’s personality in order for him to carry out effective educational activities. As a result of the study, biomechanical indicators of the educator were determined, allowing to assess the probabilistic characteristics of the success of his educational activities.

The aim of the study was to identify the possibility of solving the problems of moral education and upbringing of students through the subject matter in the context of the growing influence of socialization agents linked to the media and the Internet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the possibilities of the social studies course in solving the problems of the moral education of students since it is the subject that includes substantive components directly related to moral and ethical issues that are most significantly influenced by today’s media environment. Aristotle shifted the focus of the problem: the most important question was not about the All as uniting all types of human virtues, but about the general as uniting people around virtues. The article presents the scientific justification and the results of an experimental test of the psychological and pedagogical conditions for effective management of the implementation of federal projects in educational institutions. The social significance of the psychological and pedagogical readiness of teachers to implement project activities in education is highlighted. It is shown that the orientation of such activities is the design and research activities of students. It was found that for the effective implementation of federal educational projects, teachers of modern schools need to form project competence, ensuring the achievement of the necessary results in their professional activities, indicating a sufficient level of psychological and pedagogical readiness for pedagogical design.

The article shows the role of the communicative labeling of “friend” and “stranger”, which allows a person to identify himself with one ethnic community and reject another ethnic community. It is proved that the interaction of representatives of different ethnic groups is regulated by the social order and, under destructive conditions, can turn into open confrontation. The characteristics of various types of cyber aggression as sources of remote aggressive persecution of representatives of other ethnic groups are given. The development of intercultural communications among young people is considered as a resource for preventing and overcoming interethnic conflicts.
