The article deals with the problem of education as a condition for the social development of a person in two (conditionally) forms of its implementation — objectively set in practical activities, in the space of his life experience, acquired in the social environment, and subjectively purposefully formed on the basis of specially developed scientific programs.

The article, The Educational Process and Specifics of Its Reproduction: Historical, Philosophical, and Psychological Aspects (The Approach from the Synergetic Historicism Viewpoint) is focused on discussing the new methodological approach from the terms of Synergetic Historicism to the study on the educational process’ specifics and to the analysis of historical, philosophical, and psychological aspects of conceptualizing the education phenomenon. The results of the investigation in question based on the Law of Self-Organizing Social and Cultural Ideals and the Method of Dual Oppositions as well as on the results of the analysis of the world history of developing educational concepts, showed that the educational process regarded as the dynamic factor of modifying the biological nature of self-conscious subjects may be reconsidered as the process of permanent sublimating the instinctive nature of human species transformed into social and cultural animals with the Self originally inherent to them. The approach proposed allows not only to rethink the phenomenon in question under conditions of the human brain structure digitally transformed, but also to take into consideration the specific nature of conscious subjects as the bearers of spiritual values, on the one hand, and as the consumers of utilities, on the other.

The article, The Educational Process, Its Nature, Its Origins, and Its Transformations (The Approach from the Synergetic Historicism Viewpoint) is focused on discussing the new methodological approach from the terms of Synergetic Historicism to the study on the educational process’ dynamic nature and its transformations in the epoch of the Digital Revolution. The results of the investigation in question based on the Law of Self-Organizing Social and Cultural Ideals and the Method of Dual Oppositions as well as the results of the analysis of negative transformations of human consciousness, showed that under global social and political transformations which discovered such a destructive potential as a threat of the World War III as well as of annihilating Human Civilization by Intelligent Machines, any losses by the local societies’ members of their capabilities to accept compromise on political as well on territorial conflicts inevitably hastens the technological singularity point, causing a spiral of Human self-destruction. The approach proposed allows to rethink products of the synthesis between technological, social, and cultural progresses as the act of self-transformation of Homo Faber (regarded as traditional biological bearers of psychic information) into Homo Digitalis (regarded as instruments of reproducing digital culture) intended to be replaced by Intelligent Machines.

The article discusses the peculiarities of building relationships at the university between students, students and teachers. The importance of deploying different forms of communication in the educational process is emphasized as a means of deepening and activating subject-subject and subject-object relations, causing professional interest in the specialty and psychological focus on its development as significant in building the space of their life.

The article analyzes the situation that requires the development and implementation of a new civilizational education project. It is stated that the traditional paradigm and the project of education have exhausted themselves. New trends and requirements for education are considered: a variety of educational practices, school competition with other institutions providing educational services, a new understanding of a person, features of modern sociality, new educational needs. The author argues that the civilizational project of education should be developed within the framework of social and permanent design, the characteristics of which he discusses at the end of the article.

On the basis of the comprehensive analysis carried out by the authors, a scientific substantiation of the requirements for effective means of objective and accurate independent assessment of the quality of training of university students is proposed, including in relation to the most methodically difficult educational outcomes for such an assessment — universal and general professional competencies of students. A structured list of the main of these requirements is given, including requirements for evaluation criteria and requirements for evaluation methods and systems (technologies). An organizational mechanism is proposed to ensure the guarantees of professionally competent conduct of this assessment — the creation and operation of a voluntary association of organizations conducting this assessment in full compliance with the regulatory requirements for its organization and for effective means of conducting it.

Improving the efficiency of the educational process in the context of the implementation of the National Project “Education”, in the era of the introduction of information technologies and electronic learning tools into the learning process, is becoming an increasingly urgent task for teachers, heads of educational organizations, and education authorities. The authors of the article believe that one of the tools capable of solving such a problem is the implementation in educational organizations of the model of reverse mentoring, as one of the modern and relevant. Compliance with a number of organizational conditions, which are described in this article, will make this process the most technologically advanced.

The article presents a model of professional improvement of teachers of additional education for children, built based on the interaction of methodological work and additional education and PC (advanced training).

The purpose of this article is to identify the main stages in the development of foreign language education at universities in Egypt. The author of the work presents the periodization of the history of the formation of teaching foreign languages in the Arab state under consideration. The developed periodization is based on the principle of correlation of socio-cultural conditions with the determinants of the development of foreign language education. Thus, it is established that the interest of Egypt in the study of certain languages by citizens of the country is often determined by socio-cultural, economic, political factors that have an external impact on the strategy for the development of foreign language education in higher educational institutions of the designated state.

The article examines the possibilities of integrating formal, non-formal and informal education in the context of digitalization. The analysis of the infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) presented in the article shows that a significant part of schools are in conditions of limited resources, both financial and material, and territorial remoteness and logistical inaccessibility often become a barrier to the preservation and development of unique educational traditions. All this taken together speaks of the need to search for new methods, forms, means of teaching and education. The article presents an essential analysis of the individual psychological characteristics of a person as a prerequisite and predictor for the formation of trans-professional traits in the process of pre-professional development related to upbringing, education, vocational guidance; the traits of trans-professionalism of the subject of professional activity are described. Constructive professional attitudes, anticipatory consistency, intellectual lability, leadership abilities, communicative and organizational inclinations of adolescents were considered as prerequisites for the formation of trans-professionalism in the applied research.

The article proposes an approach to adult education in the correctional system. It highlights the necessity of conducting psychological assessments of inmates based on advanced methodologies. Secondly, it suggests developing personalized trajectories for comprehensive rehabilitation within the prison’s educational framework, using the results of the research conducted in the unified educational space.

The paper considers the attitude to culture as an operationalization of the culture of relations and taking into account the holographic correlation of personal and general culture. Particular attention is paid to subject relations and their features. Some crisis phenomena in the development of modern culture and society and their internal contradictions are noted. The situation of a change in the general attitude to culture that has occurred over the past century, which has given rise to mass culture and a “one-dimensional person” consuming it, is stated, which is proposed to be designated as a cultural transition. Cultural transition can be seen as a concretization of the theory of cultural lag in modern conditions. The possible consequences of the cultural transition for the development of society in a situation of civilizational breakdown are discussed.

The article presents the results of research on the problem of reflecting the cultural code of an ethnic group in cultural texts. In particular, examples are given from the fund of Adyghe proverbs and sayings containing the meanings of the basic moral and ethical values of the Circassians, their attitude to work, homeland, friendship, family, woman, man, etc. In addition, the article contains the results of a blitz survey of students of the Adyghe State University, demonstrating the degree of their awareness of the content of folk proverbs and sayings and use in colloquial speech. It is concluded that the moral and educational potential of paremias is not sufficiently used in the process of cultural socialization of children and adolescents.

The article presents an iterative process of studying the search for ways to improve the effectiveness of education in the field of life safety and one of its results is a structural and functional model for the formation of a safety culture in children of preschool and primary school age. The parameters and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities aimed at the formation of a safety culture at the levels of preschool and primary general education are identified. The description and results of diagnostic measures carried out as part of experimental work on approbation of the author’s model are given. The conclusion is made about its effectiveness, the revealed regularities.

The analysis of domestic scientific papers posted on the platform eLIBRARY.RU from 2020 to 2024 is presented as well as foreign scientific publications of the postSoviet space. The formation of the experience of safe behavior of students in the process of learning, upbringing, and development is considered by the authors as a key condition for ensuring pedagogical safety in higher education organizations. The author’s definition of pedagogical safety as a complex system of an organized favorable environment for quality education and development, preservation and strengthening of physical, psychological and social health of subjects of educational relations is given.

The study provides a logical and meaningful analysis of scientific articles devoted to the peculiarities of additional training or retraining of teachers who do not have a specialized pedagogical education. The conditions for the formation of pedagogical skills, technologies and methods for improving the quality of university teaching are determined.

The article deals with the problem of transformation of the role of a teacher in modern education. The emphasis is placed on the fact that modern society is characterized by the problem of redundancy of available information, in connection with which there is a need to shift the main roles of the teacher, the main of which are those that allow not to transfer knowledge, but to select the necessary/unnecessary from the available array, to captivate the learning process and a certain strategy for working with data, as well as to teach listen and hear the other. It is noted that modern education does not require and does not generate fundamentally new pedagogical roles, however, it requires a certain redistribution of roles traditionally characteristic of a teacher. As the key roles for today, the author identifies three: Stalker, Passionary and Interlocutor, analyzing the features of each of them, their significance in terms of the purpose of education and the reasons for increasing this importance in modern society, as well as the main difficulties that teachers may have in connection with the development of these roles.
